Pros:Very polite and efficient check-in (Ryan in Boise). Also vehicle was excellent and appropriate for inclement weather.

Pros:Car was great- service excellent- The day we picked up the car we found that the sirius radio was not working. We called the staff at the airport location in Boise and they resolved the issue in just a few minutes remotely and we did not have any other issues with the car during our rental time

Cons:Wanted to rent the car for an additional day for my brother to keep, they said it'd be only $13. Ended up being an additional $50. $25 less than my entire 3 day rental never using Alamo or national again.
