Had a check engine light come on on the way out of town, but they got me a new vehicle at the airport rental pretty quickly.
Pros:My flight arrived early (45 minutes - 11:15pm). I went to pick up my car and was told I need to wait 45 minutes otherwise they were going to need to charge my for an additional day. I couldn't believe they would have me wait during this period versus just toes sing the car. The rep refused to get a manager. I cancelled my reservation and walked over to Hertz. Budget is a low budget no customer service company.
Cons:Didn't like anything. Complete waste of my time and wanted to waste more of my time having me wait an additional 45 minutes for the clock to hit 12 before they would release the vehicle without charging me for an additional day. Talk about customer engagement.
Pros:Friendly and efficient in Boise, too, the agent who received the car had us on the way to the terminal minutes after driving in. Perfect care rental return experience.
Pros:They did not have the car I reserved so the gentleman immediately upgraded me.
Cons:Tire warning showed low on air when we picked it up, had to air the tire and it wouldn’t hold, should not have been rented in unsafe condition.
Cons:I arrived at the airport in Boise, ID after midnight. I had reserved a car online. There was one clerk on duty on holiday Friday night. He informed me that I had 150 free miles, which was not stated online. He then informed me that my car was in the "over flow" lot and when I hiked to the lot I could push the red button on the key and the HORN WOULD HONK. I am 74 years old and had two large suitcases to drag with me. It was a long way to the DARK lot and a long way to the far end of it where I found the car. I was hoping the honking would attract police but no such luck. I figured out how to use the essentials to start and drive off.

Cons:Flight cancelled, resulted in a 24 hour delay to pick up the car. After 2 calls I was told twice the cost would more than triple. Cancelled the reservation, booked with another rental company for ~100.00 more. Poor cust service and unwillingness to work with me cost you the entire reservation.
