Pros:Our rental pick up and drop off was fast and easy. The staff was kind and professional!
Pros:Location of rental desk, proximity to cars, easy return
Pros:Drop off service was very easy. Friendly service, I was offered a free upgraded vehicle due to my recent birthday... That was a very nice surprise. Car drove extremely smooth!
Cons:The interior wasn't really clean and there were some random plastic (car pieces?) on the backseat (2) and the tires/rims were pretty dirty. My only real complaint is that my credit card was charged for more then what the final receipt showed. It was also hard to understand the receipt. It appears that I may have been charged for the upgraded vehicle, even though I was told it was a "free birthday upgrade". That's an issue I still need to look into.
Pros:Car did not have a full tank when I picked it up. The agent was rude, the car was filthy. There were fast food wrappers in the car. Disgusting all around.

Pros:It was a quick process. My car was incredibly inexpensive considering it wa a one way.

Pros:The car was comfortable.
Cons:There was no registration in the car for the Califor ia license plates on it. In addition those plates showed an expired socket (March 2016). I had to make a detour on my trip to request something on wiring from Enterprise to show that plays were not expired. Then someone mistakenly closed the rental contact 2 days prior to my scheduled return date so I had issues when I actually returned the car because they couldn't find the contract.
Pros:Customer people service were kind and efficient. Overall a great experience.
