Pros:very friendly staff, very easy drop off and close distance to terminal
A
6.0 Okay
Pros:I liked the fact that the same woman that was behind the counter minutes before I made my reservation with Kayak had to help me with my reservation. Revenge is best served while looking into the eyes of a greedy reservation specialist that wanted to put the screws to you because you're from out of town.
Cons:I believed I had made a reservation with Thrifty weeks before my trip because I booked several reservations at the same time. When I approached the counter and asked if they had my name on file the reservation person said no I had no reservation. When I asked if they had any cars available she asked the guy at the Dollar Counter if he had a car, like she was trying to make me someone else's problem. I asked what she had available, She said they only had large SUV's. I said that would be fine but how much? She said $130 per day. I Said no thanks pulled up my Kayak app and rented a full sized car for $33 per day. I hate greedy people, that have forgotten the meaning of customer service.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Unfortunately we were unable to keep our reservation with thrifty because I was not aware before going to pick up our rental that thrifty only accepts major credit cards unless you are flying through the airline (I could even be wrong on this). However I will say that the the girl who's name I completely forget now, I am so sorry, that helped us was so understanding and sweet when dealing with us I so appreciated every moment of it. I do think that kayak/any other site that helps with car rentals needs to make this clear up front that you cannot use a debit/credit card but have to use a major credit card to rent a car through a company before they allow you reserve one with a debit card. It was my first time attempting through thrifty and honestly I will probably continue using Enterprise from here on out just because of that, but I will say for anyone else who uses credit cards regularly that the customer service I received in Boise at the airport was superb through this company
Cons:I am pretty sure I said above but what I didn't like was the fact that unless I was flying through the airport I wasn't allowed to use my dual debit/credit card to rent. I also thought it was silly that it would be an extra 13$ a day if I wanted my spouse to be able to drive along with me. Definitely think you guys should consider changing the spousal driver charge at the very least.

8.4 Very good
Pros:We got a good price for our rental even though we returned it in another state. The car got good gas mileage and was comfortable. Return was fast and easy.
Cons:We did not like the hard sell for insurance and an upgrade when we picked up the car, and they charged $13 a day for a spouse to drive.
A
7.6 Good
Pros:Easy in and out. Friendly staff. Lucked out no lines.
Cons:Sent to wrong lot number and no car was there. Had kids and luggage in tow and so back tracking was not so easy. They corrected a mistake with rental number on our contract. But fixed it right away. Would have appreciated upgrade that seemed available as new costumers to Thrifty but this would have been a bonus.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Good customer service at the check in desk. Very fast and efficient. Car was great.
Cons:No issues.
A
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:The staff was very nice and professional, nice cars, great prices.
Cons:The car was located some distance away, which isn't so easy when you're carrying a bunch of luggage by yourself. I think for that airport, having someone bring the car closer would have been helpful.
