Cons:Didn't get to go there with Alamo. The Toronto Alamo never gave me the car.

Pros:Although it may not be the season for convertibles up north, I thoroughly enjoyed driving this car. I was surprised that it got 31mpg average during the trip !
Cons:Nothing bad to say about this rental. I guess one question I had that the agent couldn’t help me with, was this: I have two one way rentals, and will need an easy pass on the way back to NY. Does the Asheville airport have easy pass rentals for people driving to the New York area? if not this is badly needed, because they have changed all the toll booths such that you must have easy pass to drive through without penalties - those penalties come not only from the toll itself but additional penalties are added from Alamo. This needs to be reviewed and revised in my opinion.

Cons:Promised RAV 4 or similar. Had Jeep model, way different from RAV4: very uncomfortable . Not good for long trips on regular roads

Pros:Initial collection/pick up was one of the best I've ever experienced. Quick and no hanging around. Everything was ready. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Couldn't have been better
