Got checked out by a National rental employee, not Alamo. And this guy woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Alamo peeps at drop off were A+

Easy. I liked that they went over the current damage with me. I’ve gone to other places where they just hand you the car and you have to rely on yourself to take a video etc etc to prove that previous damage was already there before you rented the car. The worker here walked around the car with me and documented everything before hand and after. Was easy.

Counter person was not friendly or accommodating, I asked for a copy of my contract and she said my printer doesn’t work and I asked can you print it out another printer and she said no and I said don’t you think you should’ve at least let me know that I wouldn’t be getting a copy of my paperwork maybe I don’t wanna look on my phone and she just shrugged and said sorry. Totally unacceptable.

They didn’t have a car available. They took a reservation without having to vehicle, which seems to be a normal practice. That’s unacceptable.

They asked for a state id rather then a driving license or passport I mean which foreign traveller carries a state id of their country on a trip had to cancel the reservation
