Pros:Manager reached out via email to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Area manager was very fair about rental extending.

Pros:Pick up was really easy, manager was quick and professional, was able to help me out even after working hours (website didn't say they are closing after 5 now). The car was new, clean and comfortable. The drop off was a bit worse. Entrance was hard to find, but partially because of the construction going on. And then, at the drop off, they were not able to locate my trip. However, they didn't hold me for too long, said they will figure it out on themselves and send me email/

Pros:The staff in New York was great!
Cons:The car didn’t have a full gas tank but they gave us a $30 credit so it worked out okay.

Cons:The car could've been cleaner. The inside had sand on the seats and floor. The cars rims were covered in mud and sand.. overall the car served it's purpose but it could've been cleaner.
