Pros:Very easy booking, pick up, and drop off. Service was exemplary and helpful.
Cons:I needed a car to drive home after my flight was canceled.only needed it for a few hours but paid way too much for what I needed though it was the cheapest price I could find.
Pros:Great customer service on phone and in-person; machine checkin was fast and streamlined
Pros:Attendant was very professional and helpful especially on Christmas day. Car was practically new and very clean.
Cons:The experience was perfect and therefore there is nothing I didn't like.
Pros:When we booked we thought we were getting up Nissan Rogue but we ended up with a Jeep. We had a second choice of a large vehicle which we didn't need for the two of us so we chise the Jeep as the only other choice in that SUV category. The 2016 Jeep didn't even have a backup camera it only had one outlet for our GPS so therefore we couldn't charge our phones. I didn't know they made such a vehicle in 2016. We definitely know we don't want a Jeep. There were no safety devices on it as far as we could tell. However the gentleman that we returned the vehicle to was very gracious and gave us a card which entitles us to an upgrade the next time we use Alamo.
Pros:The whole process was easy and smooth from beginning to end. Also one of the best deals at this time of year!
Pros:The pick up and drop off were quick and easy but...
Cons:They sold me prepay gas fill up as 2.09,/g but failed to mention this was for a full tank, not per gallon for what was needed to top off the tank.. I dropped the SUV off with a half tank and was still charged for the full tank

Pros:Staff was very helpful picking up and returning. Very convenient location in the airport and the cars are right outside the door in the baggage claim area
