Pros:Hertz' employee Ryan was professional: efficient and courteous. The rental car was in excellent condition. All good.

Cons:The car was an older model which had more than 40,000 miles on it. It was very worn.

Pros:Had a rental for 10/5 through 10/6. When I got thee they told me that I didn't have the rental until 10/6.
Cons:Whether it was my fault or the computers, the hertz personnel, wasn't able to help me out. She didn't even offer.

Cons:The vehicle we had reserved had been "given away". We were given an upgrade; however it was not very comfortable. We had reserved a vehicle we knew we would be comfortable in for the long drive. Vehicle was dirty inside - used our own wipes to sanitize. Windshield wipers did not work properly. Was stressful on day 2 of the drive in the rain.
