Pros:Fine car, very clean. Service at the counter at pickup and dropoff was great.
Cons:Only difficulty is that windshield wipers were terrible. Made for horrible visibility, especially at night, in the snowy/slushy conditions.

Pros:The vehicle I rented came with half tank of fuel however stated on the receipt full. I had it for 24 hours and drove a total of 48 miles. I topped it off 3 gallons upon return but was charged for a full tank a price of $9.99 per gallon. How can anybody burn 1/2 tank of fuel going 48 miles???????

Pros:Lots of room, great gas mileage, very comfortable, great customer service.
Cons:I booked through Kayak and they took my debit card number and the reservation was made. When I got to Dollar rental they said I needed a credit card. I was never told during the booking process that I needed a credit card to make this reservation so I was extremely inconvenienced. Now I have to try to get a refund for the insurance I paid for.
Pros:the pick-up location for the car could not have been any easier!! The car was clean, ran well and got good gas mileage. No complaints at all!

Pros:The rental process was efficiently handled, staff were friendly and helpful, and the car was perfectly adequate for my needs.

Cons:No one was staffing the counter when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Had to wait while someone working for another rental company was done with a fussy customer to come over and help me. No one was there when I turned in the vehicle either.
