I felt like I was staying at a cheap budget motel. If I didn’t check in so late I would have went to a different hotel.
Pros. The hotel looked nice, the view on the tenth floor was beautiful
Cons. Tub was gross looking, could not change time on alarm clock, more modern TVs options like a smart TV with netflix
Pros. My Entire Stay Was Amazing, And Will Return Soon ;-D!!!!
Cons. No Improvement Needed ;-D!!!!
Cons. Had to pay 17 dollars per day for parking
Pros. The staff was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. It was located close to where we needed to go and room service food was wonderful!
Cons. I did not appreciate how expensive the room was for what it was! The bathroom was the smallest room I have ever seen! And when you pay almost 300$ a night for a room you should not have to 0pay 15$ to park your vehicle! I have stayed at other Hilton's that were much nicer and cheaper!
Cons. Front desk staff was not informative about facilities / hotel stay.
Pros. We stayed at the hotel over the 4th of July weekend, and we were given a room on the upper floor facing the capital, so that we could see the fireworks. The hotel has a nice indoor pool, but because the heat was not working well and the water was pretty cold, our kids spent a lot of time playing in the hot tub (which was warm but not hot). The fireworks were fantastic from the hotel, even with a slightly obstructed view. With our youngest one asleep, it was perfect to be able to stay in the hotel with the older one, who could go right to sleep when it was over.
Cons. We ordered room service twice, and it was a challenge both times to be understood by the person taking the order. One time we were bounced around on the phone and had to give the order to three different people. There are a variety of fees for room service, including an 18% "service charge" that the menu says is not a gratuity but that comes up on the bill as a gratuity, so it was unclear whether we needed to add an additional tip for the server.
Pros. Location was great, nice bar, staff was pleasant.
Cons. AC was not working well, can't open windows, toilet didn't flush well, not enough luxury for the money spent. I will not go back.
