Pros: Friendly staff
Large out door fire pit
Newness of facility
$23 bottle of Sauvignon Blanc
Marketplace in Hotel
Bar and Lobby area with fireplace and tons of flat screen TVs
Shower, except weak water pressure and water flow
Cons: Billed for internet - I am a Hilton Diamond Member - I should not be billed for internet
Executive lounge is very plain and common; not "classy" - more like a cafeteria or Garden Inn than "Executive Lounge"
Weak water pressure and water flow in shower

Pros: The room itself was excellent and you could easily see it was recently updated. The staff at check in was excellent.
We were taking a mid-week trip and comparatively to other rooms in the Dallas/Addison area this room was cheaper than any of the others in the surrounding.
Cons: The biggest issue we had was that after arriving at the room I went to the restroom and flushed the toilet....it flooded. So within about 15uminutes of being in the room for the night we were having to go down stairs to change rooms because of the issue with the toilet over-flowing. The staff was very apologetic and moved us across the hall to another room...I unlocked the door and the a/c unit was banging and thumping so loud my wife could hear it from the room across the hall. So again I went down stairs and had to change rooms. Again, the staff didn't give me any issues and changed the room without any questions. So as far as what the staff could do given the situation I couldn't have asked for much more. Still an aggravation that when all was said and done I ended up in 3 different rooms.
Pros: Good on everytin
Cons: All good
Pros: The area for other activities
Cons: There was no glasses in the room. ..call the front desk..No glasses was ever deliver to the room..I call 2 times. There was no drinking glasses in the room
Pros: The clerk was extra friendly which makes you want to stay at the hotel. Price/location was perfect.
Cons: Breakfast charge added but didn't see anything other than bistro that charges too.
Pros: Rooms looked fresh & clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Noticed mold on the shower curtain. Menu at the cafe in the lobby was somewhat overpriced.
Pros: Rooms were clean
Staff was friendly and prompt
Cons: Room linens and equipment seemed old
We had breakfast included in our hotel package, all it was: a bagel and orange juice
Pros: Beds, shower breakfasts cleanliness
Cons: Food wasnt the greatest.

Pros: The design and character of the hotel is amazing.
Cons: The walls aren't really walls they are partitions and so we heard both of our neighbors having sex.
Pros: Liked the new nice beds. The pillows were a little soft but everyone is picky about pillows. Clean. Friendly staff. Quick service.
Cons: The lobby was way loud. They were hosting a party at the bar/lobby/party room. Couldn't hear during checkin. We could also here some music and we were on the 3rd floor.
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had a very simplistic feel! Very modern!
Cons: I kept being woken up by other guests yelling, screaming, and walls being bumped into. It was very difficult for me and the other guest in my room to sleep.
Pros: Room was nice and clean.
Cons: My wife and I are in our 20s, and it felt like an adults party hotel. The bed was not very comfortable. The bathroom door was nothing more than a sliding mirror and did not close all the way.
Pros: Very clean! Very nice!
Cons: The food prices were a bit high but very convenient.
Pros: I'd recommend this to anyone
Pros: Very cool area
Cons: I loved it all

Pros: We loved the location. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. Their TVs have Netflix and Hulu so you can access your account and watch good shows without having to pay for higher WiFI for streaming. My friend forgot her toothbrush, and they had one for her. We werre running a little late getting a late breakfast near by, and they let us have an extra 30 mins which was enough time to get us checked out. I left my iphone charger there, and they were so helpful to let me get it back. We enjoyed our stay so much we will go back again next year.
Pros: I loved the proximity to all the great shops restaurants, and bars!!

Cons: It is not a fault to the hotel but there is a lot of construction on the road immediately outside of the hotel.
Pros: I can name a couple of things I liked about this hotel. It was very clean and organized, right when you walk in there are complimentary wine, cookies, and water which is nice! The rooms were very clean and nice.
Cons: The location of the elevator is right when you turn the corner and I didn't even notice it at first. But I had to look and it was right there behind me... Bummer.
Pros: The entire staff made this hotel stay the best one I've experienced in years! From check in, to exchanging my room to a quieter spot (the manager & housekeeper were especially helpful), to check out - every aspect was exemplary. The room was quiet, comfy.
Cons: The only 'off' thing about this quiet jewel of a business hotel is the location of smoking areas right outside of the side doors. This made the rooms nearest these side doors very noisy due to inconsiderate, late night entries and exits.
Pros: Large relatively quiet room, comfortable bed. Overall a good value.
Cons: I was given Handicap room, which I did not need, bathroom vanity was tiny. Hotel hard to find, set back from street and sign hidden by restaurant.
Pros: They were so willing to assist with any request I had made. I would stay at this place again if given the chance.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Room had a strange smell
Pros: They have a clean place with friendly staff.
Pros: The room was very nice
Pros: Clean with nice amenities
Pros: Quiet area away from the traffic. Very modern with above expectations accommodations.
Cons: The charge for breakfast was out of line for what is available by walking across the parking lot to a full service restaurant.
Cons: when I check in I ask for a room close to the elevators because it is hard for me to walk so the desk clerk put me on the first floor. when I asked him if the room was close and not at the end of the hall he assured me it was but it was next to the end.
Pros: Clean room

Pros: Hotel has a convenient location close to Belt Line road where all the restaurants are. It was also close to where I was traveling for business.
Cons: Did not like being greeted by cockroaches in the bathroom when I arrived. Additionally, the carpet was like a sponge and gross. Didn't seem like they cleaned the bath tubs either, felt like they had a greasy layer of nastiness to them. Wouldn't recommend staying here unless you need a cheap place to stay.
Pros: Everything was great!
Cons: The elevators are extremely slow.
Pros: I booked this stay on Kayak.com. We stayed 3 nights. My visit was a very pleasant one; the staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean, and breakfast was nicely prepared. I even enjoyed the shampoo and conditioner! The hotel was easy to find, and in a very nice area. There are many places to shop and eat close by.
Pros: Front desk staff were very welcoming and personable
Cons: Beds too firm for my liking
Pros: A great place. The suite is comfortable and the bed is one of the best. The layout is superb.

Cons: It was a winter night and the heater had not been turned on until I arrived. Most of the night the room was very cold and it took over 8 hours for the heater to heat the room.
Three story facility with no elevator. I had to carry my luggage to the top floor and had no idea hotels were allowed to have multiple stories with no elevator.
Pros: Good location, great free breakfast. Kitchen was nice
Cons: Facilities look worn, needs new carpet. AC was barely adequate, wouldn't handle the cooling if you come and go much. The fold out bed was not comfortable at all.
Pros: I loved the room. Spacious. Separate living and sleeping areas. I didn't know I was going to have a kitchen! The place made me feel like I was at home and the staff made me feel like a king. I was at a conference at a nearby hotel where I would have paid more and gotten less. I will definitely return!
Pros: The location, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the ample breakfast as well as the size of each unit. The units were also cleaned very fast. We will surely come back again.
Pros: I booked this hotel because of it's great location. It was close to shopping, we went to North Park but Galleria is closer, and great food. There was plenty of room in our two bedroom suite for my daughter, her two friends and another adult. It was very quiet and we would stay again.
Cons: There was construction going on which limited parking. It was raining and the sidewalk flooded so we had to walk up stairs to avoid where it had flooded.
Pros: I loved the space of the rooms.
Pros: I love the look of the room. It's look like and apt lots of room with full size kitchen. And they have excellent breakfast buffet.I love this place and the staff was very friendly too.

Pros: Rooms very clean and one of the quietest stays in a very long time. You can hear a pin drop!

Cons: The bistro didn't have enough food they had on the menu and the outside needed to be updated.
Pros: facilities were great
Cons: housekeeping should have been more available. They only came once in the morning and never again so wasnt able to get room clean for the rest of the weekend.
Pros: Very good price for a well-maintained, older hotel. Hotel is very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Cleaning staff slamming doors while checking rooms in the morning
Pros: Easy to find in pleasant neighborhood. Check in staff are great: personable, friendly and quick to help. I received the room I wanted and it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Bistro food was available at 5pm, but I found two very nice steakhouses (yelp $$ & $$$) less than a half mile from the hotel. A 5 mile Yelp search will show you all your favorites are close. and parking is easy. Good TV channel package.
The morning offers a clean shower with easily controlled water temp. Plenty of clean towels, good lighting for shaving and a cup of in room starbucks to catchup on the CNBC overnights.
All this made possible by a great staff.
See you again in 3 months
Cons: Baa...it was all good
Pros: The room was nice.
Cons: They charged my credit card $100.00 for incidentals with out telling me. The refund takes about a week. When I protested they pointed to a little sign on the desk and said it was their policy. That's bullshit.
They didn't make up the room till late in the afternoon.
Pros: Horrible customer
Cons: Horrible customer
Pros: The room was awesome. The location was excellent.
Cons: There was only one elevator in the hotel.
Pros: After a road trip, those beds felt like heaven. The blinds kept the sun away. My nephews loved the pool. It was a great buy and completely worth it.
Cons: Location was okay.
Pros: The hotel quality was fantastic and the staff was overly friendly!
Pros: The hotel was very modern and clean. The location was excellent for our evening at The Improv. There were many great restaurants to choose from. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and safe to run. I found a trail nearby with a park.
Cons: Not one complaint.
Pros: It was clean, the lobby area was nicely updated and comfortable, the location was great.
Cons: The elevator was broken the whole time we were there, we had some heavy luggage and were put on the 2nd floor, so we had to lug them up and down stairs. The staff didn't seem to care, there was no apology, or offer to help in any way.
We had to ask for a 2nd roll of tolet paper, and there were no coffee cups to go with the in-room coffee maker.

Clean. It's not the Four Seasons, but the room was great. Nice TV w/ HBO. Oh and the windows opened with a screen. Free parking. The last time I stayed near the Galleria, I had to pay $20 extra for parking. Great Value.
Cons: The elevator was kind of slow.
Pros: Cost, room, location.
Cons: Small things like bathroom door can only stay open, cleaning staff did not return certain items from one day to next. T.v. cannot restart on same channel you left it on, it must return to "hotel" channel.

Cons: My mattress was uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and the room was spacious. There were only two travelers in our party for this trip but the room was big enough to fit two more easily. I would stay here again anytime I travel to the area.

Our guests enjoy a spacious suite-style guestroom with a 42 inch high-definition flat panel TV, our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel.
Cons: No extra fold out bed. I booked a room for 4 adults and the choice s were a king or two doubles. No fold out couch in the room. No wifi for my kids kindles and you have to pay to park! $15 a day for self park! In Richardson!!!!!!!
Pros: Indoor pool is not heated as advertised. Staff was informed of issued and nothing was done to remedy problem. In fact the staff said that all was fine with the pool. Parking fees are also falsely advertised, we informed clerk upon check in and staff verified that indeed the advertised fee was correct, upon leaving garage after checkout, parking attendant charged the fee that was posted on signage. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay and with the staff and false advertising!
Pros: Comfortable bed.
Cons: Left earlier than planned and did not receive a refund.
Pros: It was convient for what i needed. Price through 3rd party wasn't bad. Rooms were ok.
Cons: The way staff treated myslef as well as third party purchase
Pros: Loved the view, atmosphere, decorations, and cleanliness
Cons: I didn't like how the room keeping staff would knock on d door so early in d morn after I left specified in d office that I would let them know when I wanted room service for cleaning. She knocked really hard that she woke us up twice and didn't get the hang that if we were not answering was because we were still asleep.
Pros: We purchased the breakfast buffet with our stay and were very satisfied. The food was very well prepared, fresh, and tasty. Coffee in the restaurant was very good.
Cons: The water in the room has a very strong odor and taste, this is very common in Texas and somewhat detracts from the overall ambience.

Cons: Constantly running toilet/damaged bathroom, no curtains to block out parking lot flood lights
Pros: Room was clean, beds comfortable, felt safe, great staff, great breakfast
Cons: Location but overall syay was great
Cons: It was terribly run down!!!!
The carpet was fairly new so maybe they are in the process of renovating! It definitely needs it!!!!
Pros: There was nothing I liked about this place.
Cons: I didn't like anything in this place. This hotel is INHABITABLE. It should be shut down. Everything there is very worn down, old, dirty, disgusting. Furthermore, the hotel smells horrendous. There is a disgusting smell that is similar to old sewage mixed with dirty laundry that permeates the first floor. You simply cannot last a second breathing the air there. We immediately asked for a room change and granted the new room had a lesser smell, we were still able to smell it. It was a challenge to breathe. Please do not stay there ever. We've already reported it to corporate.

Pros: Great location and staff. Room had everything I needed.
Cons: The WiFi was horrible and completely useless.
Pros: Love the full kitchen and very comfy bed
Pros: The staff was great! On site laundry (free) was every convenient.
Pros: The location
Cons: Reeked of cigarette smoke. Asked to change rooms - they said that wasn't an option. All of my belongings reeked of smoke when I left. The entire hotel just smelled musky and felt really stuffy.
Pros: It was recently remodeled!
Cons: It was not very clean. Our bathroom wasnt clean at all.
Pros: The beds were so comfortable! Very nice modern updated room withndvd player available. Everything was very clean and neat. It was one of the best stays I have ever had. Staff greeted you with a smile everyday.
Pros: Decent Hotel and room. No real complaints.
Pros: It's location was perfect for us.
Cons: No breakfast because there are full kitchens in the room is what we were told, so we bought snacks and food to find that the microwave and hot plate style 2-burner stove did not work at all. Big dog across the hall barked early in the morning and all day.
Pros: Closes to downtown Plano
Cons: Single bed. Not really a suite. Toilet kept running thoughout the night

Cons: We were on a floor where people slammed their doors at 3 am kids played in the halls. Our room was so small and for the price I paid it could have been bigger. I have stayed at less expensive places and gotten more room for the price. The vent over the door was bent, there were bugs in the room ants. the desk chair looked like it belonged to a game...flat and worn out. Not enough pillows this was not a good stay.
Pros: The room was extremely clean, nice and spacious. The bed and couch were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean.
Cons: The walls are TOO THIN. Neither one of us slept because we could hear EVERY SINGLE WORD of conversation the people staying in the room next to us were saying. They were not shouting, only speaking, and we could hear them. They talked all night long and smoked cigarettes, which we could smell through the adjoining door located at the back of our room. We would have had a perfect stay, but this seriously negated any good experience we may have had. And the hotel charged me an extra $12 from what my original booking was priced at. They did not inform me of this and I had to find out by looking at my bank account and calling them. I received some lame excuse about them having issues with credit card fraud, so they overcharge your card for their safety. She told me after 3-5 business days, my money should come back into my account. Thanks for informing me of this, Hilton. She completed her statement to me with "this is an uncommon hotel practice". Dumbfounded, I ended up thanking her for taking my money and confusing me. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this hotel ever again.
Pros: The room was nice. The food was EXCELLENT! Overall, I had a wonderful stay.
Cons: Though I know they cannot do anything about it, I didn't like the channel selections available on the TV.
Cons: Couldnt make my reservation due to a family emergency. The hotel wouldn't refund me my room. I will never stay at ANY Hilt on hotel EVER AGAIN.
Cons: One of the staff members tried to hustle me for breakfast upon check in. He said breakfast was not complimentary, but He could give it to me for $15 extra. After I said no that's ok, he said I'll give it to you for free then. Of course I took it, but why not say that in the first place instead of asking me for $15 extra? HUSTLE MOVE.
Pros: Clean room.
Cons: No bath robe provided.
Only 2 keys for 4 adults.
Not enough towels.
Front desk person was slow and taking a long time for checkin.
Cons: Didn't give me back my deposit! Rude people, poor service, no one answers the phone and room service is a joke
Pros: The cookie
Cons: They gave me a dirty room to start and then were rude about it
Pros: The cookie.
Cons: Not having a do not disturb sign. I would have liked to sleep in.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Loved everything

Pros: The staff was very friendly and I loved that they had multiple pillows to chose from (soft, firm). It was a very easy check in and out and the free breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again!
The breakfast was very good too with both hot and cold choices.
Pros: The size of the room, cleanliness of the bathroom and the comfort of the beds were what I liked best.
Cons: It was a little confusing to find because it was right next to the toll road and we are from out of town.
Pros: Very nice and clean, quiet, and in a great area!
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Noisy hall and elevator hard to get door lock to work. I have a 5.00 charge on my card from HI and don't know what for???
Pros: Very quiet. Close to Texas Health Presbyterian Plano Hospital. Close to restaurants.
Pros: The staff was so accommodating. The room was very nice and so comforting.
Excellent job everyone!
Pros: The staff was a prime example of expert Customer Service. A gentlemen named Fouad was especially helpful and friendly in making this stay a good one. Professional, friendly, helpful, kind - if I ever need to be in Plano again I will stay here.
