I had scheduled a pick up for 10:00 a.m. unfortunately there was no cars available for me wait until noon and then when I went to go check out the gentleman at the counters would not try to help me with the $84 difference. Unfortunately my credit card company would not extend a higher approval rate so I left the store and I went to Enterprise and we was right in and ride out in about 20 minutes. I've been doing business with y'all for years and my experience with that hurts in general it was very very poor and I do not think I will use that service again.

Cons:

They closed down many locations, including the one where I reserved the car. They wanted me to drive to a location one hour away to pick up the car, then said they would not honor the price I was quoted because the location changed (which they changed).

Pros:

The staff called and left a message to inform me the day of pick up that there were no vehicles to rent. I called back and they informed me that Avis did not drop off any cars for them. I appreciated the call but was not impressed with Avis at all.

Cons:

Avis could of done better and will not attempt to rent from them again

Pros:

The car was in good shape, got great gas mileage and was comfortable to drive.

Cons:

The Enterprise representative attempted to scare me into insurance and all the extras, to the point that I was anxious about driving the car out of the lot. There are ways to sell insurance without making the buyer apprehensive about the purchase.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and professional. During a hectic morning and busy office, I did not see any of them stress out. They apologized to everyone and did the best they could. Great multi-taskers. Especially Pierre he was very attentive to customers waiting and pleasant to talk to on the phone. The car was comfortable and very clean and got a fair (not excellent) rate for a week. I always rent from a competitor but this time enterprise beat the price so I decided to go with you. I am used to an automatic upgrade but was still satisfied with rental.

Cons:

Wait time for pick up and drop off was longer than I like however they did the best they could. I do feel that if the marketing aspect of Enterprise is " We will pick you up" you need to include only if your within "?" miles. I live less than 5 miles away and was out of pick up range which unless there is an enterprise like Walgreens on every corner, that is misleading marketing.

The rental location was extremely hard to find. The car was not available at our reservation time, so we waited 3 hours to pick it up. We were assured that the car had wi-fi, but it did not. The GPS system was mediocre and in French. Turning the car in was extremely difficult with no staff person at the garage. In summary, the worst car rental experience I have ever experienced!!!

Had to wait 20 min for a Bidget shuttle while 7 (yes seven) shuttles for Alamo, Enterprise and almost every other rental car passed by. When we got to the rental car building the line to rent wrapped clear around the building. Serious 75 yard long line. It was unbelievable, the longest I’ve ever seen for a rental co. And it moved at a snails pace. Hours. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable

Everything good except for the 1 1/2 hour wait for picking up the car it was ridiculous it was like 3:00 am also dropping off was annoying hassle you need more employees if your going to have over 40 people waiting on line with only 1 employee
