Rent a Lexus in Alpharetta

I had scheduled a pick up for 10:00 a.m. unfortunately there was no cars available for me wait until noon and then when I went to go check out the gentleman at the counters would not try to help me with the $84 difference. Unfortunately my credit card company would not extend a higher approval rate so I left the store and I went to Enterprise and we was right in and ride out in about 20 minutes. I've been doing business with y'all for years and my experience with that hurts in general it was very very poor and I do not think I will use that service again.

Original price quoted was great.

Cons:

They closed down many locations, including the one where I reserved the car. They wanted me to drive to a location one hour away to pick up the car, then said they would not honor the price I was quoted because the location changed (which they changed).

I was at the rental car location before my scheduled pickup time at 2pm. They closed before 2pm

Pros:

The staff called and left a message to inform me the day of pick up that there were no vehicles to rent. I called back and they informed me that Avis did not drop off any cars for them. I appreciated the call but was not impressed with Avis at all.

Cons:

Avis could of done better and will not attempt to rent from them again
