Pros:
The staff called and left a message to inform me the day of pick up that there were no vehicles to rent. I called back and they informed me that Avis did not drop off any cars for them. I appreciated the call but was not impressed with Avis at all.Cons:
Avis could of done better and will not attempt to rent from them again5.6 Fair

this was my second time at this Roswell location that they did not have my rental vehicle avaliable; had to go to another location15 miles away for pickup; the 2nd location was very good and helpful.......but very inconvenient and a drag on our day of travel to have to take an extra 1.5 hours and another location to get our rental2.8 Poor

They closed down many locations, including the one where I reserved the car. They wanted me to drive to a location one hour away to pick up the car, then said they would not honor the price I was quoted because the location changed (which they changed).8.8 Very good
