Nice car, not customer service.

Pros: The car was in good shape, got great gas mileage and was comfortable to drive.

Cons: The Enterprise representative attempted to scare me into insurance and all the extras, to the point that I was anxious about driving the car out of the lot. There are ways to sell insurance without making the buyer apprehensive about the purchase.

Great Value, Decent Car

Pros: Quick check-in / out Good rates Good employees

Cons: Car was noisy (Chrysler 200) Car was confusing to operate, no specific temp on A/C for example and when playing song via Media it showed how long song was but did not count down so don't know where you were in the song

Happy Customer

Pros: The staff was very friendly and professional. During a hectic morning and busy office, I did not see any of them stress out. They apologized to everyone and did the best they could. Great multi-taskers. Especially Pierre he was very attentive to customers waiting and pleasant to talk to on the phone. The car was comfortable and very clean and got a fair (not excellent) rate for a week. I always rent from a competitor but this time enterprise beat the price so I decided to go with you. I am used to an automatic upgrade but was still satisfied with rental.

Cons: Wait time for pick up and drop off was longer than I like however they did the best they could. I do feel that if the marketing aspect of Enterprise is " We will pick you up" you need to include only if your within "?" miles. I live less than 5 miles away and was out of pick up range which unless there is an enterprise like Walgreens on every corner, that is misleading marketing.

Everything as it should be for me.

Pros: Enjoyed the relatively close location, the amount of parking available, the vehicle itself(Suburban) provided all the roominess that I had hoped it would.
