Cons: The pillows were way too soft. More than one type is needed.

Pros: Very clean, modern amenities, friendly staff.
Cons: The only hiccup was that construction closed the main entrance and parking garage entrance. It was easy to find the curbside valet parking, but the sign pointing straight for self-park was woefully inadequate (one needed to drive about a half-mile farther and then make two right-hand turns (only the second of which had a sign) to go in the back entrance. Similarly, it was not at all clear where the entrance was -- there was only the name of the hotel restaurant over it and inside. These problems will disappear in a few months when construction wraps up, but in the meantime the last problem I expected was being able to enter the hotel.
Pros: When I called the front desk at 1am because the occupants of the room next door were loud, it was taken care of immediately. Loved the complimentary WA post and NY Times newspapers in lobby. Couldn't change us to a King Bed room vs. Double beds. Seemed like we were less-well treated because of booking on a 3rd party site.
Cons: Could hear loud, raucous and profane conversation and laughter, woke me and my family up 3 times during the night, finally at 1am I called downstairs. Seemed to be blood spatter/stain on one of the sheets. Complimentary coffee urn in lobby was empty the one morning I noticed it - at 10am. ?! Was quite a distance from the main shopping and restaurant area, though we did have a nice meal at an Asian restaurant nearby.
Pros: Sfaff was friendly and nice.
Location was great.
Cons: Room was a bit small for the price.
Pros: The staff was terrific!
Pros: location was great
1 block walk to center of town
Cons: did not offer free breAKFAST
Located in the heart of America’s sailing capital, Loews Annapolis Hotel is the room you need in our historic seaport hometown.
Pros: the room layout it had a separate sitting area which was nice
Cons: The clerk was so busy making jokes he did not setup the wakeup call and the airport shuttle
Pros: Very clean very nice staff
Pros: Always clean and comfortable. Excellent front desk and housekeeping staff.
Pros: Ease of use getting transportation to and from the airport. Convenient location, lots of great shops and restaurants within less than a mile.
Cons: The breakfast was terrible. Food was empty or cold.
Pros: Very clean. Nicest hotel stay we've had in awhile.
Cons: Breakfast was a little chaotic, but it was just because the hotel was full.
Pros: Great Breakfast and room was spacious!!
Pros: good value
Pros: Everyone was Friendly
Cons: Nothing I did not like
Cons: The beds were lower quality/ comfortable compared to other springhill i have stayed at.. this place needs new beds
Pros: Stayed here many times. Nice staff.Hotel is always clean and comfortable! Great location.
Pros: I truly like that it was clean and staff and the breakfast was excellent. Please just add beef to the meat selection. It was my first time in the Marriott, and will come again.
Cons: Only thing the breakfast need to have beef not pork. Most people eat beef.
Pros: Everything was top notch! Clean, comfortable and pleasant staff!

Cons: Our door was old and kept sticking so we had to shoulder the thing open. Confusing were to park or the whole valet system. No breakfast at the marlyland inn.
Pros: The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable
Cons: Our sink repeatedly expelled gas and grime from the drain.
We were in Room 318 of the Maryland Inn. It is a triangle, with the bathroom at the top point, and busy streets on two of the sides of the main room. The street noise was very loud from both sides which made it hard to relax or sleep.
It took us 45 minutes to get our car from valet parking the first morning we were there.
Pros: My wife and I started at the Robert Johnson House for a weekend trip to Annapolis. The hotel was well located, and pretty nice. Overall, I liked the hotel. If I'm ever going to stay overnight in Annapolis again, I'll likely stay in one of the Historic Inns again.
Cons: The cable didn't get a good signal, though. After a day of walking, I wanted to relax and watch TV, but the picture and sound kept cutting out. Luckily I can watch Netflix in my phone.
Cons: Walls are thin; at 1am I had to turn on the A/C to muffle the noise from others. Couldn't find any staff when attempting to check out.
Pros: They provided cookies, hot cider and hot chocolate in the lobby for guests the first night I stayed, which was a nice surprise. The location was incredible to walk around the city and to the Naval Academy.
Cons: The closest parking was several blocks away, and with old brick sidewalks I couldn't roll my suitcase. I had to carry it. Plus, there weren't the cookies and cider the second night. I'm not sure why and I was kind of looking forward to them after the first night.
The room and bathroom were very tiny, too much of the room was taken up by furniture. I had to turn sideways to get past the bed and dresser to get to the bathroom.
Also, the pillows weren't comfortable at all, they were too soft.
Pros: Everything. Downtown is amazing. Favorite place to go. Go 3 or 4 times a year.
Pros: privacy...historic...very well run & would stay with them again
Cons: what brings my rating down is their restaurant, "The Treat of Paris". it is a poor, poor restaurant that represents itself as historic/romantic fine dining when the food was half rate at best. service tried, but it seemed their was a lack of management to oversee it (basic service, issues with food temps, food coming out cold). it's areal Shane that such an established institution as this restaurant has been badly managed to the point of just surviving on its laurels..even the locals tried to warm me that these days it's a tourist trap
Pros: Best location!
Cons: Young girl who checked us in was rude. She did not make us feel welcomed at all. I felt like I was on an assembly line when she went through her check-in speech.
We stayed at the Maryland Inn. It has potential but when we walked in our room it felt like a dorm room. Just a bed and a dresser TV, and window AC unit. There was no artwork on the walls. Also, they must be renovating because when we got back for the evening the entire lobby and second floor smelled of oil based paint
Location. This Annapolis hotel is within one-quarter mile (0.4 kilometers) of the Maryland State House, the William Paca House, and the Hammond-Harwood House. The U.S. Naval Academy is less than one-half mile (0.8 kilometers) away.
Hotel Features. Historic Inns of Annapolis has a restaurant and a bar/lounge. Room service is available during limited hours. Valet parking (surcharge). Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk at all times. Room was very comfortable and spotless.
Pros: I was extremely pleased with our stay at the Hampton Arundel Mills. I've stayed at 2 other hotel chains in the last year and was not impressed, but the Hampton renewed my faith in having an enjoyable stay at a hotel! The main area was beautifully decorated and super clean. Upon going up to the room, the elevator and hallways were also just as clean. The room was better than I expected. I loved that we didn't have a connecting door to another room and the only noise we heard was in the late morning when people were checking out and talking in the hallways. The room felt very crisp and fresh and the bathroom was very nice. The bed was super plush and I definitely did not want to get up to leave! Any future stay in a hotel, I will look first to the Hampton Inn & Suites :)
Pros: The location was great, the shopping center has a Bass Pro, Movie complex and a casino

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room smelled and looked clean! I was impressed.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable.
Pros: I loved the cleanliness of the room and that it was large enough for two people to sleep comfortably.
Cons: The furniture and room environment seems kind of dated.
Pros: I loved it. I woul be staying there again real soon, breakfast was great, I had a comfortable sleep everything was amazing
Pros: Room was clean and close to the airport.
Pros: Comfortable, clean hotel with professional and helpful staff.
Cons: Room keys got demagnetized twice during our two-night stay, bit of an inconvenience when carrying luggage and whatnot upstairs, then having to go back down. Staff were helpful and apologetic in fixing the problem.
Pros: Shuttle service
Cons: Not having breakfast for free and it was expensive to buy given the quality.
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. It was a great deal, the staff was extremely professional and attentive and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely staying here again!
Pros: Welcome when first arrived.
Room was well appointed, roomy and clean.
Just right - bar, food, just the right size.
Cons: Had to leave after the weekend.
Pros: The restaurant within the hotel was great. Really good food and service. The lobby was also very welcoming, and the rooms, as well as the hotel overall, were very clean.

Pros: easy check in close to highway into the city
Cons: Clogged sink, very loud, poor appliances our iron and hair dryer barely worked and when asked about it they said it was functioning as normal.
Pros: very friendly - willing to go the extra mile for you
Pros: The Quality

Pros: The staff was excellent--the most effective and pleasant that I've experienced in a long time. From the shuttle drivers to the front desk, they were anexcellent team.
Pros: The shuttle service was excellent. The lady that picked us up arrived about 5 minutes after we called at 1:30am and was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: The tv in the room was nice and I had no problems connecting to Wifi.
Cons: The bathroom was not clean at all. There were some sort of stains on the tub and the floor. The toilet seat had a burn mark on the top. Also the room smelled musty when I first walked in. This is an older hotel and needs some major upgrades. I could barely get the door open when I got to the room. It was practically stuck. Had to force it open.

Pros: Would definitely recommend. Very happy with room (comfortable, clean, had just about everything we could need) and overall value (especially compared to other options available, plus the free breakfast). Staff was friendly and helpful.
Less great: location was in the corner of a large shopping center - took a few minutes (and u-turns) to find the correct entrance, which you can't see from the main road.
Only one elevator seemed to be working, and it was slow and stuffy.
No cold tap water during the night, only warm. (Didn't ask the front desk about it, because that would've woken up the person I was staying with.)
And mini-fridge's temp was too warm for it to be really useful (again, didn't ask the front desk; didn't seem worth it).
Super-minor quibbles that the staff couldn't have done anything about: while the (free!) breakfast was pretty much as expected, I'd have appreciated healthier options; and there's no way to close the hotel rooms' doors quietly. (Like I said, no big deal.)
Pros: Breakfast and the Room rate.
Cons: Have to call and request a Frig.
Cons: i didn't like going down to have my key reactatved twice at night when i can in.

Cons: Disappointed/shocked with the hotel upkeep. Specifically, the 5th floor hallway carpet along the entire length. The Westin is known for having a high standard in cleanliness and appearance.
I plan to contact cooperate and send pictures.
Pros: Great hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, easy access to Arundel Mills, Baltimore and D.C. I had a great time.
Pros: Staff was incredible
Cons: Elevator didn't go all the way to the top floor where we were staying
Pros: I loved the bartender at the hotel bar who closed both Friday and Saturday night. She was very guest oriented. There was also a maintenance man who was very helpful on Sunday morning. The staff was great!!!
Cons: There were kids running around the hotel
All hours...they were loud and tracking water all over the lobby since they were running from the pool and then into the lobby and then back to the pool. Develop a system to let guests know if large groups of kids are staying at the hotel.
Pros: The bed was super comfortable! Loved the indoor pool + hot tub!
Cons: When I booked the hotel it stated, high speed WiFi and complimentary breakfast. NOPE!!!!! You have to pay $12.49 for the WiFi and we thought the breakfast was COMPLIMENTARY but half was through eating and nice lady put a $39 bill on our table. I asked the reception "that I thought the breakfast was complimentary" they told me that only when you upgrade your room when booking it's free. Well don't be fooled because I was. My conformation says complimentary breakfast, but they told me my room did not come with it! The only reason I booked this hotel was it had great reviews and the WiFi and free breakfast. Let's just say lesson learned and I won't be returning!! If WiFi and free breakfast is a want like it was for me, this hotel is not for you!
Pros: Everything about the hotel met expectations and the price was reasonable.
Cons: The restaurant and bar are best avoided. Overpriced and poor service.
Pros: Very cleanrooms, nice pool and gym facilities. Bartender using hands in condiments after blowing nose and eating a sandwich. Server in restaurant used hand too. Very gross!
Cons: Pool area large indoor, nice area.
Pros: The staff was great. Very friendly and polite. Very good food in the restaurant. The availability of the shuttle to take people to and from the airport or to the metro stop was a big plus.

Cons: Hotel is worn and is showing age-cleaning was average at best. Corners of the bathroom had mold. Breakfast was good if you arrived at least an hour before it closed because they didn't restock items after that. And staff spoke Spanish but should be more careful about how they talk about guests since some guests are bilingual and can understand their negative conversations. Pool had a lifeguard that was not kind to the kids. This was our first stay at a Country Inn and likely our last.
Pros: I thought that the staff was wonderful. The hotel over all seemed very clea, up to date and well taken care of. I like the fact that we were able to bring our dog. Another point that I thought was great was that the room that my family stayed was almost like two rooms in one. We stayed in one of thier king suites. It had a king bed in a room that was separate by a door and my children stayed on a pull out couch that was more then big enough for the bothe of them. I have a 17 and a 11 year old so they are not small children. I appreciate the fact that when my husband and I wanted to be alone we were able to just by closing the door but still being in the room. The location of the hotel was not far from the bay bridge so it did not take us long to get to beach like areas. All in all it was a great trip.
Cons: The rooms were pretty clean and the only complaint that I may have is that the bathrooms were a little dirty. When we first got into the room thier was hair all over the tub.
Pros: Staff was friendly and allowed for a late check out. Shower had good pressure.
Cons: This hotel is very dated. AC is extremely loud so if ours turned off we could hear units running from other rooms. Soap was not very soapy! Carpet is old and the room in general is in need of new furniture and paint. No air circulating in the bathroom. Indoor pool is very small. If there was more than my family in the pool it would have been crowded. Also the water seemed clean but it was cloudy, which is usually an indication of chemical imbalance. It was easy to get into town but I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros: Hotel was clean, staff friendly and professional.
Cons: Breakfast was ok, but nothing exceptional
Pros: The staff was wonderful.
The breakfast better than most.
Cons: They were re-carpeting. I have issues with the smell of the glue. They tried to accommodate me. At one point they even moved my room to another area. It was frustrating as I had booked there for the pool and workout room and could not access them for a number of days because of the glue. I would not have booked there if Had realized they were carpeting.
Pros: Rooms were well furnished and comfortable
Cons: Breakfast was awful and the lack of ventilation in the baths made no sense.

Cons: Nothing - it was great

Pros: Location was reasonably close to all major shopping
Cons: Quality of food in the restaurant was lacking
Pros: The hotel was as expected for a Double Tree. Very nice place!
Cons: The hotel was under staffed. We traveled in for a sporting event (the hotel was sold out), yet the front desk was short staffed and they were only running one shuttle to downtown.
Pros: Staff was very pleasant and helpful
Cons: Little further from attractions
Pros: Agreed that the elevator is really small and used by staff and guests. The hotel, especially the Honors level was well appointed with refrigerator and microwave. The Exec center is TINY. The fitness room is well-appointed, but can be crowded in the morning. They offer complimentary earphones (new in plastic) for guests in the fitness center as the machines all have TV and audio. No Pay Per View movies in the rooms, which was very disappointing to my MID who wanted to watch movies in the room. The complimentary shuttle to/from the hotel is a really great deal. Enabled us to get to downtown without the hassle of parking! We would stay there again.

Disabled-accessible facilities and guestrooms are available. This property is smoke-free.
Spacious rooms feature Sweet Dreams® by Doubletree Sleep Experience beds with high-thread-count linens, plush-top mattresses, and triple sheeting. A separate sitting area complete with sofa is available for lounging. Bathrooms offer cherry-wood vanities topped with granite countertops and chrome fixtures. High-speed Internet access is complimentary, and television features satellite service. High chairs and cribs available on request.
Cons: The walls are so thin you could hear everything, my husband didn't sleep at all. There are obviously people staying there long term... kids running around unsupervised, people doing laundry, walking around with no shoes. It was like staying in a noisy apartment building.

Pros: i don't know if I like anything about the hotel
Cons: We have got the two bed queen suite and the room was so small hard to navigate in. Bedsheets and pillows were pretty worn out. Not enough breakfast arrangement due to fully occupancy.

Cons: I waited on hold for over six minutes to find out where to pick up the airport shuttle, and ended up taking a taxi to the hotel because the shuttle took a long time. The staff did not tell me that you had to sign up for the morning shuttle in advance, but luckily I overheard someone else signing up and asked about it.
Pros: Rooms were very quiet.
Dinner fare at the restaurant was reasonably priced and of higher quality than I would have suggested.
Staff were both professional and kind.
Cons: This hotel had the worst service I've ever had. The overbooked a co-workers room, and charged a room to the incorrect credit card. The front desk service was impatient and impolite. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
Pros: it was a great stay
Pros: Staff to include shuttle driver very nice and food was taste good.
Cons: Room while appears renovated appeared, rushed cleaning ie lamp shades crooked, bed covers should be tucked possibly with chocolate and name of cleaning person; gives a personal touch. Possily use a fresh "clean scent" cleaning product; Just the small things seemed over looked but all in all good value for price.
Pros: Not a single thing other than the location in connection to the airport.
Cons: First and foremost, we checked in relatively early in the evening, but since we booked online, my wife and I got a handicap room. If that was not enough, this room has some flying bugs (they looked like moths) that were flying throughout. After asking to be moved to another room, I was told that no accommodations could be made. The bed was fair from comfortable and the bathtub completely backed up while showering. Not to mentioned, there were a number of what appeared to be pubic hairs that lined the bathroom floor. When I complained the next morning (we tried to leave but everything around us was booked in other hotels), we were met with very little interest in fixing the situation. From start to finish, it was the worse experience. I have ZERO desire to stay at this facility EVER again.
Pros: Front desk staff was very nice. Buffet had a great selection.
Cons: Everything was lovely I have nothing bad to say
Pros: Great location for next morning flight. Easy access to airport. Quiet room.
Pros: Spacious room
Cons: Lousy routers and internet access

Pros: breakfast was good; staff was friendly and accommodating; the location is excellent, with a very nice plaza/center of restaurants and shops within walking distance; we didn't make it to downtown Annapolis, but it is obviously also very close.
Cons: the biggest negative was the dampness of the room - we stayed in July and it was really hot outside, and while the AC in our room made it cool, it also made it really damp, which ruined the stay for my wife. when we first got there, I had booked a room with two queens, and they initially put us in a one bed queen - not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience that was fixed immediately. also, one of the days they failed to clean our room and provide new towels, so I had to walk to the front desk to ask for more. the exercise room is very small: two or three treadmill/ellipticals, one exercise bike, and dumbbells up to 35 or 40 with little space to operate (no bench or racks of any kind); no pool
Pros: EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE.!!!!!
Pros: MY STAY WAS ENJOYABLE. HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE . STAFF WAS PLEASANT. CHECK - IN WAS FINE.
BREAKFAST WAS A VARIETY AND GOOD. VERY CONVIENT.

Pros: dining staff very friendly. especially Tamisha. location good.
Cons: Our bed was not comfortable. It is time to replace the mattresses. Prices more than doubled during the week we were there. would have been good if prices were regular rates. But not worth the over prices charges. especially since you still had to buy your breakfast. also thin walls. could hear children in room above us waking and jumping.
Pros: Room was ready at checkin. Front desk was helpful and quickly got us on our way. Liked the noon checkout. So many hotels are 10 or 11AM.
Cons: Room was not as appealing as online pics. It was ok and we only stayed one night so it was manageable. Hotel was full and we were on the first floor. There seemed to be a lot of hallway and outside noise. Bathroom wasn't super clean either.
Pros: Rooms are clean and well kempt.
Cons: The night desk would have been more welcoming if they were actually genuine in greetings and didn't show displeasure in answering questions beyond their informational spiel. I had already traveled most of the day and really didn't appreciate the unpleasantness at such a nice hotel.
