Pros:The price was wonderful compared to what I was seeing from other companies. Thanks!
Cons:The leasing agent was efficient, but the process was onerous with all the COVID-19 procedures. When I got the car, it was dirty, both inside and out. The drop-off was easy, but I had to stand in a hundred-yard line to get on a shuttle to the airport.

Cons:The agent trying to up sell me on a larger car that I didn't reserve and didn't need. REALLY annoying. Just give me the economy car I booked!!
customer services is good
Cons:Jean, the employee who helped us at checkout, was rude and unhelpful. The Jeep we ended up renting was dirty and had mud all over. We were charged for a refill of gas when checking the car back in even though we filled the tank and double checked with the employee that it was not being charged. He said we weren’t being charged, but he lied. Bad experience. Will never rent from Avis again.
Pros:The car was very clean and very gas efficient. Shuttle was efficient and helpful.
Cons:Drop off in the morning was a little hard to find / figure out in the dark (4 a.m. car drop off). Prices seemed very high. Information on website was unclear/inaccurate regarding where to find rental location (seems to be disjointed or not consistent with airport labeling). Calls to Avis Denver seeking clarification went unanswered and were cut off after a few rings.
Pros:The vehicle was clean and had a lot of space.
Cons:There was no washer fluid in the car, so at times there were a lot of dead bugs on the windshield that I couldn’t get off. This caused poor visibility. The gas tank on this particular car is also very small/it didn’t have good mileage
