Pros:Subaru Legacy, almost brand new, a very nice car
Cons:Service wasn’t great. They explained nothing about how the car worked. Way too expensive. Typical attempt to upsell.

Pros:Lots of check in agents so line was very short.
Cons:Check in agent asked irrelevant and somewhat personal questions, such as where was I taking the car. It's unlimited mileage! The midgrade car was so basic that the automatic transmission didn't even have a 2nd or 3rd gear option. In Colorado! In winter! Everything is charged up front so if you want to use the toll road, you'll be charged $13 everyday, even if you don't use it. Everything feels like like you're being nickle and dimed. If you book, expect to see your bill double at a minimum at checkout.

Cons:Reserved a vehicle 8 months in advance with a 12:00 pickup time. Arrived at thrifty at 11:30. Did not leave with car until afterwards 3:30, over 4 hours later! They had hundreds of people waiting on vehicles because they had overbooked themselves. People were having to wait until someone returned a car before they could leave with one.

Pros:just a trouble free exchange, car was in superior no problem condition, no hassle whatsoever at check - EASY!!
Cons:Hyundai Elantra is a noisy car, not good sound insulation, is very low to the ground, front end had bottomed out previously, requires a little extra effort to get out of - like a go cart - I still liked the car, had some get up & go when needed

Cons:Car was very small for being a compact car but it was too much to upgrade to a bigger car.
