Cons:rearview mirror fell off a couple times
Pros:The ease of picking up the car.
Cons:Waiting in line to pick up the car.

Cons:Office opened 40 minutes late. First assigned car wasn't ready.
Pros:I was able to rent a vehicle in a short time while my car was in shop. All other rental places were sold out in my area.
Cons:Picking up vehicle the customer service rep was not friendly. I felt like she was judging me for whatever reason. Her whole attitude toward me was rude. When I returned the vehicle, the young lady was much more pleasant.
Pros:We were given a free upgrade from a front wheel drive vehicle to an all wheel drive, which was much appreciated in Fairbanks Alaska! Heated seats and backup camera were also very nice features.
Cons:I had to google how to start the car! It was my first time driving a vehicle with a push button start and I did not know you had to push the brake to start it. Also, the gas door release lever was on the floor in front of the drivers seat, took me a bit to locate it.
Pros:The staff was very friendly and it was a smooth process for both pickup and drop off.
Pros:Pick-up was great for the snow

Pros:The car was delivered as advertised. Clean, well maintained and in good condition.
Cons:The tires were inadequate for the snowy and icy conditions. The car should have been equipped with all weather tires at the very least. It would have been safer and much more appropriate to have had studded snow tires installed.
Pros:The car was fine. It was clean, filled with gas, and plugged in. The Avis agent was great.
Cons:The cost of this rental was outrageous. A two day rental on a RAV-4 should not be almost $200.00. Seems a bit steep to me.
Pros:Quick and to the point, no haggling over extra insurance,etc...
Cons:Could have started up vehicle, so as to have been warmed up, but we do live in Alaska
