Pros:The process of picking it up and dropping off. The price / value. Simplicity.
Cons:The cars condition (a lot of dents and scratches). And the interieur had the most unpleasant smell I’ve ever experienced.
Cons:my friend left a gift for his wife in the console (a gold necklace) when we returned the car. I went back 40 minutes after turning it in - it was already being cleaned and that guy said he didn't find anything. Really? In todays world?
Cons:Lied that it was a 4 wheel drive, lied that it was weatherize, gave us a cord to plug it in and then there was no plug installed on the car. Argued with me on the phone about it and eventually tried to blame me that I booked the wrong thing but I had my reservation to show otherwise.
Pros:As it was 6 degrees outside, the staff started vehicle and brought to the door for me. Great service. Rental process was smooth and convenient
Cons:All went great!! Perfect rental!!
