The pick up and drop off were very poor. It took a while to get through a very long line at the airport to get the car. The car was great and we enjoyed driving it very much. The drop off was a disaster. There was not enough room to drop off your car. It caused a major traffic jam inside the garage where the cars were dropped off.

Car did not handle good, maintenance light was on and there was a note on withe window that the "tire light is on! (Shop)"

It was hard to get out of the parking garage in Vancouver BC. Not enough signage. Drop off in Seattle went great.

When you have an offer for a surprise car, labelled Special Car, it should not be a Toyota Corolla? Not for $150 per day. I felt this was very misleading. I definitely felt duped with this one.

Our pickup time was at 10am and we did not receive a car in SLC until 3:30pm. This caused us to have quite a bit of inconvenience in having to leave the AVIS rental location and wait until they called us later in the day when a car was ready. While we received a nice rental vehicle, it wasn’t overly clean. The dropoff in Omaha went smoothly.

The car was clean and no scratches. The staff were nice and quick. The pickup and drop off was great.

They wanted to fool me and down grade the car I got, ofcourse after waiting for them to arrive for almost an hour and half
