Pros:Nice car
Cons:Having to pay an extra $40-$50 to change pickup and drop off locations. Kayak defaulted for pickup to an address in downtown Halifax (which is far away) and not the airport. There is an Enterprise office at the airport but if you rent off the internet, you are not allowed to pick up or return your car there. Unless you fork over more money, of course. WTF???? I am at airport, shouldn't the car be there too? Watch out!! Check the fine print! Having to take a taxi to pick up your rental car? Who asks you to do that in the 21st century? Also, why are all of the defaults for rating the car rental "Excellent"? I am not rating this rental as "Excellent", But Kayak doesn't seem to give me any option. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Pros:I made a mistake and booked the car 1 day too early and when we went to pick it up, it had been rented to someone else. So we had to go back to the airport to get a car from Alamo
Pros:Took an airport bus to this location at the Rail station in Halifax for my car rental. So much cheaper than renting at the airport! The guys were great...explained the rental agreement clearly...no hard sell....gave me a great, almost new car and spent some time showing me all the bells and whistles of the car. I returned the car a little early and they actually gave me some of my rental fee back! I highly recommend these guys and would rent again from them in a second!

Pros:Sohaib at the Halifax airport was very helpful. His colleagues at the Bayers Lake office where I had mistakenly booked were sympathetic on the phone and friendly too.
Cons:I had made the booking with Kayak and must have missed the information that I was not reserving at the Airport but instead a distant part of Halifax suburbs. That part could have been clearer when I was on the Kayak site because the price is very different at the different locations.
Pros:could fit three up and coming football players and others with ease
Pros:Like the way you are treated. Very professional. Service was fast and very friendly. Car was great and pick up and drop off was quick and easy.
Cons:Nothing. Everything from start to finish was great.

Pros:They gave us a ride to the airport and didn't charge us the extra fifty dollars for being two hours late (please be on time). They were simply excellent on their customer service. I always felt well taken care of, but I imagine it varies Enterprise to Enterprise as each location is different.
Cons:The contract was a little long yet still unclear about what constitutes damage even though in person they assure you the car is undamaged because the dents are below a certain arbitrary size and the scratches are less than an arbitrary length (none of this is documented in paper though). On the plus side, I never had any problems with them claiming that I had damaged the car.
