One and a half hour wait in the rental counter line, then counter supervisor tried to charge me an additional 2/3 of what I had prepaid as the wrong vehicle type had been reserved. Car was dented and dirty, including a windshield ding that needed repair.

They don’t have counter in the airport , so I can not rent a car

Paid online when booked. Used credit card that covered all insurance. Was told at the counter that the card insurance benefits only applied if I paid at the counter and not online. Had the benefits printout and everything. Nope. $260 USD surprise.

Fortunately we arrived early to pick our car, as the check in really took a long time, even though there were hardly any people there.

Arrived for 9am reservation made weeks ago and they had no cars available. The employee was rude and said it would be 30 minutes to an hour. 2 hours later they had a car but not the size I reserved. Horribly experience.

It was lovely so lovely The only thing I didn't like is there weren't a converter to do the charging at the Tesla pumps you know like a adapter or something I guess you have to have an adapter to use Tesla's pumps to charge the car
