Pros:We rented at the last minute, got a great deal via Kayak and had a nice car, good condition, no problems.
Pros:The car was very good
Cons:The full tank policy at Avis is not clearly explained, I returned the vehicle half full and was charged 55 euro for the half tank. Of course one can always read the finest of print but this is unacceptable.
Cons:The car had originally been reserved for 12 noon on Friday the 1st of Sep. I got delayed and walked to the pick up location to pick up the car at 7 PM. At that point I was told that the reservation had been cancelled and there were no cars available but to come back Saturday morning. When I showed up the next day, not only did the clerk find my previous reservation but it had a car key attached clearly indicating that a car had been available the previous day. This caused us to be several hours late for our program planned for Saturday.

Cons:Difficult to find pick up location in Vienna - it is underground in a park/plaza. Appears to be entrance to the car park not to the rental facility. Promised car (SUV) would be large enough for family & four suitcases. True - only if put one back seat down and squished two teenagers into the back row.

Pros:Amin was very helpful in helping us to find the office via phone. Then, when we found the place, he was very nice and kind to our children, and offered us a car that was better than we had reserved for exactly the price that we had been quoted on Kayak.

Cons:Supplying the car, which was promised! Not to wait for at least 1 hour at the que for picking up! A guy should deliver to us! He just gave the key and say OK! The price for renting and the extras (insurance) was invoiced higher than it was mentioned on the Rental Agreement form and reservation form.
