Pros:Car rental company was great and very helpful. KAYAK reservation was horrible!!! They reserved the wrong class of car for a false lower price!!! I will never use KAYAK again.
Cons:Be aware of KAYAK making wrong reservations to get your business. Never had this issue with competing websites. DO NOT USE THEM.
Pros:Convenient location, good rates, good vehicles. Person who worked with us was very helpful and efficient.
Cons:Drop off takes long because there is only one person in the office. We had to wait because he was busy with other customers, after that we went back to the garage to inspect the car, and back to the office to finalize paperwork. It took about 40 minutes. A couple of chairs for customers in the office would have been nice.

Cons:Kayak offered very attractive prices for 196 days. But after the taxes and is rance the bill went to 546. I am used to rent car and pay in Vienna an average of 300. NOT 546.Definitively KAAYAK böig was a trick. NEVER AGAIN
Cons:If you have a small scratch it will cost you 741 EUR ! Really iam not kidding! Second thing, thay will take the money thr times from your credit card ! I repeat three times! After that you have to do your calls al your days to try to get your money back and your mood and holiday go to hell!!
Pros:Staff was readily available and I was provided with a wonderful new car. They stuck to the price they had listen on their website.
Cons:They charge a hefty "kaution" which makes you pay an extra 100 euros that is returned after the service is finished and the car is returned.

Pros:Location at the train station/city center rather than having to go the airport. Fair value. Would rent again from Budget
Cons:Directions back to the actual train station were a bit sketchy. I lucked out after two wrong turns and did find the right street into the parking garage. Also, I didn't know, for too long, where the key drop-off was. Perhaps better briefing before leaving, or update the written map with the key drop.
Pros:The car was fine and Budget service more than helpful. However I dropped the car two days ago and have not received any confirmation from Budget.
Cons:My confirmation email from Kayak included a link to the the rental pick up address, but the address was wrong and sent me to a hotel call Budget and not Budget rental cars! It cost me $25 in cab fares and over an hour of frustration trying to find the right location in a foreign country on an early Sunday morning.
Cons:Overcharged for permission to travel to "east", which is how they call countries with predominantly Slavic population. This includes Czech Republic (north to north-west of Vienna) and Slovenia (south to south-west of Vienna). Discriminatory practices like this should not have a place in this world after 1945.
Pros:Excellent car and excellent service!
