Cons:-location hard to find- it's inside Hertz balcony with no signs whatsoever. -Price was good, but I was asked for 2000euros of deposit (first 1000, after a mistake from the employee, then he apologized and said 2000) -I understand it's Hertz policy, but a rent a car costs 41.92euros, and the insurance 92 euros??? -left without renting the car, tried to cancel the reservation, but internet site very bad organised. -Kayak so far amazing experiences. Hertz never liked. Million dollar never again.
Pros:They cancelled my car 15 minutes before I would pick up the car, which left me and my friends with a ruined trip. Thank you!

Cons:First of all, when we enter the train station there was no Dollar shop. It is under the Hertz company. So you need to go directly to Hertz company. The guy who works at Hertz is so slow, to be able to do our registration it took him 45 minutes. Then he claims that our insurance, which we made on KAYAK, does nothing with them due that he needs to block 2500 Euro from our account. Later on, he asked twice as much price which KAYAK provide us. Finally, we could not rent the car because of all these and spend half of our vacation day there to be able to cancel our reservation. I do not suggest any of their services.
Pros:Very helpful Hertz agent doing business for Dollar Rent-A-Car. Great car. Good price.
Cons:No Dollar Rent-A-Car facility to be found at train station. That freaked me out a bit, until the AVis rep sent me to Hertz, who was expecting me.
Cons:The guy at the rental agency was very irritating, thats the first thing. The second and main problem was that I could only rent the fiat 500 i booked online under a condition that he (the guy at the agency) blocks 2000 euros (no, that's not a mistake, 2000 euros) +165 more euros on my credit card, almost ruined my vacation. luckily there were more car rental agencies around and I could rent a car without having to block 2 month salary to rent it.
Pros:Drop off was easy just park the car and drop the keys in the box and away you go

Cons:Did not get the car advertised. Was supposed to get an intermediate BMW / Mercedes but was offered an "equivalent" option instead because no other cars were available and that was a Ford Focus.

Cons:worse experience ! did not recieved propper info in my email regarding what im covered...insurances... ended up paying almost dubble...plus another 30 £feeee for dollar rent car ??still did nor recieved my deposit of 1700euro after more than one week... ive been given a cheap car that was struggling on the autoband..
Cons:The kayak website offers insurance with alliance so you don’t have to pay the extra fees of insurance with your rental company. I have rented with other car companies as budget and sixt and they have been fine with it, placing a $300 dollar deposit on the credit card. Dollar rental wanted a $2000 deposit on the car if I didn’t get the insurance with them for $14. When I agreed they told me I would have to leave a $1350 deposit because that insurance is not the complete one that the full insurance would cost a total of $35 extra a day. I also rent with enterprise and they charge $19/day, they don’t accept alliance insurance and have the $200 deposit. At that point I left the office whent to sixt rental, next to them, and they accepted the alliance insurance and just have to leave the $300 deposit on the car. Never going to even think of renting with dollar again, also the gentleman at the counter was super angry and rude from the start.
