Terrible. My flight was delayed by 2h and the rental place wasn't open when I arrived. When I got there first thing in the morning, they said they don't have a car for me anymore. They were rude and everything took a really long time. Avis at Vienna airport is terrible!

I was trying to change my reservation due to the snow tire things. The policy of BC is every car should put the snowtire on the vehicle from Oct. 1 but I didn't know that. Anyway, It was provided at the desk as I requested via the rental car platform provider but it will be great when I reserve the car from the first place via the online.

The pickup line took 45 minutes, which really needs to be addressed. The staff were very nice and helpful, and drop-off took only seconds, so it’s clear the issue is with the pickup process itself. I had already filled out all my information in advance to expedite things, but still ended up waiting in line for 45 minutes. It seems this is a common problem, yet the technology exists to make this process much faster and more efficient.

The agent told me I MUST buy the toll pass because there is no way to avoid the toll roads on my way to Austin. I discovered this was a lie. Made me angry when I figured it out later.

Lack of Comprehensive insurance, lack of people at the counter (they come only after 10am) Lack of clear guidelines. In general I feel like they don't want customers or atleast my kind (Indian) of customers.
