I waited in line for 3 hours. There were only 2 people working the counter

Pick up was terrible. Had to wait in line for over an hour. Unacceptable. I am sure you are aware of this which makes it that much worse. Otherwise the car was fine, drop off was fine, check in after that wait was fine.

I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. Avis called me 2 hours before pickup and told me they didn't have a vehicle for me.

The Nissan ultimately was reliable and appropriate for our need.However, it was.noticeable that the cars quality.is what I would ter as basic.The seats specially on the drivers side gets very uncomfortable for long distance driving.

I rented a car online for Avis in Burlington and went there on pick up day and no one was there. Sign in window told me to call a number. A person answered and told me that they had already rented the car I booked to someone else as I was a few mins late and told me they had no car I could rent. They took payment off card which made it so I couldn’t rent another car and I had seminars all week for work to get to. I also was out over 75 for uber rides to and from Avis and my home. Still have not been able to get ahold of anyone or been able to get my money back. I will not use Avis or kayak ever again because of this awful experience. No one has even called me back with regards to my issues. I am out over 600 dollars and missed my work seminars in Toronto all week. I give them a 0 out of 5 for customer service and recommend you don’t order cars on line that you do it in person
