Car was given to me on empty and filthy. Had to wait while they filled it up and cleaned it

Price was fine. Car itself was fine but was dirty. It had not been washed outside nor vacuumed. The directions did not bring us back to the entrance of the parking garage which took us extra time to find.

Hi there i rented a car that i picked up and dropped 202 day latet at Hawler (Erbil airport) I couldn't be happier about my experience with these employees. They are absolutely amazing. Thanks for that grate experience.

I did not like the vehicle. It also was way overpriced. The price was too expensive for a multiple day rental. My insurance will only reimburse me $36.99 a day for rental coverage. So, my personal out of pocket expense was too much. I’ll shop other options throughly next time prior to renting a vehicle. I was not impressed with the whole experience.

Everything went well but I was told my deposit would be back in my account with in 5-10 hours of dropping off the car and after a full day is has not been added back.

The Drop off didn't work. The parking lot was full.

It was ok. The car was cleaned very rapidly and the interior was dusty. What i didn’t like is that it’s up to us to prove that the scratches are not caused by us. I asked the guy when i received the keys to inspect the car and note down the scratches. He didn’t want to and told me to take pictures of them and this is what i did luckily because when i returned the car the inspection was serious and i was able to prove with the photos and videos that the scratches were there at the time of pickup. I didn’t like the feeling of being on the defensive, but all went fine

I’ve been double billed and there’s been charges on top of currency fluctuations.

Do better. Within hours of pick up & after preregistration where disclosure of personal information was requested, I received a text message that there was not a vehicle available for me. It should be clear that this could happen. I had no back up plan. I wasn’t aware that the registration doesn’t secure the rental.
