Pros:Nothing
Cons:The car was not available when I arrived. I never rented it
Cons:Had to wait 80 minutes for car to be ready. Car had cracked tail light, several scrapes, and needed a brake job.
Cons:we got to the airport and were told our car was at a different location. We had to pay for a 20 minute cab ride, got to the other location and it was locked. Called Avis and were told they'd look into it and call back. They never did. We had to contact a different company to rent from.
Pros:Nice upgrade
Cons:The car was not ready and i had to wait almost an hour to get the already expensive car for only one day.

Cons:I thought I was booking Avis at the airport... turns out I booked Avis by the "docks". Had to take a 20 minute shuttle to the office I made a res at. Car was older... dented and scratched. Check tire pressure was on.
Pros:They gave us a nearly new car and the lady at the front counter was very nice. We chose Avis partly as return customers, but also because they allow you to take the car off the island over to St. John. Also, easy drop off at the airport when finished.
Cons:The main thing I don't like is that they don't have a shuttle to take you to their company that you're going to spend hundreds at (Generally) You have to pay your own way by shuttle there which is an extra $20. Not bad, just.. it would seem that they'd come get you like they do everywhere else.
Pros:Arrived at 3pm. Received my car at 9pm. Absolutely ridiculous.
Cons:Severely disorganized. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had.

Cons:1. Service was terrible, attendant at airport was rude. 2. Add for car said transportation was provided from airport to rental site, it was not. Had to take a taxi. 3. Car had so many dents and scratches there wasn't room to mark them all on rental form. 4. Car was dirty and smelled. 5. Car was in poor maintenance, steering had bad pull to left. 6. Why didn't I ask for another car? I did, they wouldn't give me one at the agreed rate. I didn't know Avis had a crappy car rate.
Pros:The A/C worked great!!!
Pros:People very friendly and helpful. Car was as expected. Apparently my reservation was at the Cruise Port location and they couldn't change it to the airport. Took a cab and everything worked well. Would use them again but would verify pickup location. (I was allowed to return to airport without a charge.)
