The worst hotel stay ever. This is not Holiday Inn group, it's a franchise. People function the way they want. Front desk has it is own rules, breakfast has it is own rules and the thing is that non of them know what is it for the other. The rules followed up are different for the same location. Pretty much what you’d expect for a chain hotel like this. There’s a lot of amenities within the hotel which are nice. But you’d probably rather be in town than here. The location of the hotel is outside of town, however.

Pros (+) Bed was super comfy, pool was heated and the hot tub was amazing as well.

Cons (-) Breakfast was just grab and go, coffee could have been better in the room, and they definitely have some repairs that need done. Our ceiling had some spots that needed attention but nothing major.
