We had a group of high school students we were transporting and the van had the slightest odor of marijuana. We would have returned it, but there no other vans and we really needed the bigger vehicle.8.0 Very good

Cons:
This location is too small for the volume of business they do. The facility needs to be enlarged and/or updated. That being said; the employees are friendly; you are offered water while you wait and they explain your charges. Overall a huge win if saving money is what you want to do.8.0 Very good

Pros:
Got a great rate by renting the car several weeks ahead and paid at the time of rental. Car ran great but was a bit smaller than we anticipated but was fine for our needs.Cons:
Check in and Drop off were both much longer than I anticipated. Each agent I dealt with were very nice and knew their stuff, but it was just a very slow process to get the car - much slower than I usually have when I rent. The agent really tried to sell the insurance - probably asked us 5 times.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Nothing. The customer service was horrible they called me to confirm I showed up to pick up the rental they didn’t have it then they said they were going to bring me a car within the hour didn’t happen. Then they called me six hours laterCons:

They did not have the car in stock that I reserved so they sent me to another location the second location also did not have the car in stock but the person offered to give me a pick up truck for an additional 150 more. Returned vehicle at a different location. Took 30 minutes to be helped, while employees were talking on cell phones, eating lunch at the counters etc. Very unprofessional at clermont fl location.10.0 Wonderful
