Keith, Oct 2023 - Best Western West Towne Suites
One desk clerk with a slow computer struggled to serve a line of seven guests checking in. He was professional, but he should have had backup. Lindsey, Jun 2017 - Best Western East Towne Suites
Cons (-) We had a change of plans and needed to shorten our stay. I called within the amount of time allotted to make changes. They would not refund me a night stay. They instead said they could cancel my reservation and rebook for $5 more! Why would I pay $5 more to stay less time? We canceled our reservation and went else where.
