Nearly everything; Especially the breakfast!
There was one shuttle driver who got into a shouting/honking match with a person directlng traffic at the airport. Extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. But that was just one driver. Others were fine.
location convenient shuttle to/from airport
roach on bathroom wall
Stayed for one night. Staff was amazing. Very responsive and helpful. Valet and bell hops were super helpful. Good value for the money. Three adults.
Sofa bed could have been a bit more plump.
Embassy Suites at Logan was a very pleasant surprise. Everyone was very friendlyg and accomodating. Breakfast was very good and the airport shuttle drivers were very courteous and helpful. We arrived late after a long flight from Europe and the front desk was able to accomodate my request to switch from a king room to one with two beds which better suited our family. I would stay here again and thought it was an excellent value.
Nice suite rooms. Great friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with omelets made to order. Their free shuttles are a great advantage also.
The location is literally across the street from the airport, but far from everything else. There is a close subway station and downtown is only a few stops away. The workout, pool/hot tub facilities are clean but outdated. They look like something you would find at a cheap gym. Also, i HATE that hotels still charge for WIFI, especially crappy WIFI. Are you joking? This place as two internet options, $14.99/day for slow and $9.99/day for really slow. It really is a joke.
Comfy King suite, great breakfast including the made-to-order omelets! The staff was very helpful. When my son knocked over his root beer and my beer, they replaced both free of charge. The chicken finger basket appetizer had a great pile of chicken - more than the two of us could eat, and our salads were big and delicious.
Bathroom light didn't light the shower area well. The dining area was a bit drafty. The chill could not have been too much air conditioning since it was December.
Rate and friendly staff, especially valet and reception staff. The guy making omelets on Sunday was real nice.
This hotel, as it seems with most Hilton properties are run so inefficiently. The bright lights on always on in all public locations, rather than have them sensor controlled. Hilton needs to learn from their European hotels. Dirty glasses were not replaced during daily servicing. Poor insulating allowing noise from adjacent suites.
Even though it lists parking, it costs $35! Not worth it....
The Hotel was very clean and the service was great!
Didn't like the $32 for parking. We didn't know about the price of parking until we booked the room :(
The room was very comfortable, especially the bed; concierge was very enthusiastic, and could not have been more helpful.
As an airport hotel, they should have a screen display of current departures - especially helpful for informing guests of flight delays. We found the packed breakfast so-so: only products that were highly-sweetened. Not everyone eats like that.
Near convention center and airport. Best price.
I liked the free shuttle service, great breakfast, clean, spacious & updated rooms.
Nothing really. The bathroom needed more towel racks because the hotel likes to conserve and gives the option of reusing towels and there weren't really any towel racks, just a hook on the back of the door. Other than that everything was great. I would definitely return.
Lovely spacious room. Very nice sheets. Wonderful Breakfast.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. We also like the proximity to the car rental and to the airport (especially the free shuttle service).
The front desk was not very customer-oriented - your website had my booking under which had my middle initial first, followed by last name and first name. This caused the confusion. They kept telling us that we had no reservation and they turned us away. Its a good thing that just when we were resigned to leave, they saw my name. The TV in our room had no access to movies and the toilet seat had dirt that was not cleaned from the previous occupant.
The suites, breakfast buffet, & it's easy access to Boston by public transportation.
One of the bathroom door would get stuck but we reported it to the front desk at the end of our stay.
Good location for the airport. It's a 3 minute walk to the T station. From there you're in downtown Boston within minutes
complimentary breakfast and evening snacks
I enjoyed the cooked to order omelettes available every morning.
Cream (half/half) in pitchers was curdled 2 of the 3 mornings at breakfast, and staff ignored us when we told them about it. They opened the caraffe, sniffed it (which tells you nothing), and put it back on the serving area for others to use. A second available caraffe was not curdled. It was clear to see the difference when poured into coffee.
