The hotel was nicely set up and the staff were nice. The room.was spacious and allowed plant of room for wheelchair access. Both the hotel lobby and room were clean and comfortable. The only down side to my stay was the fact that the spa was not ok working.order when I stayed there.
Tv or internet did not work.
free coffee and cookies, free breakfast, pool and general decor oh yes included fee wireless aqccess
Amazing value for the money
Good price and clean room I book two two-queen-bed rooms, but no two-bed room for me when we arrived.
Everything a good breakfast
Very Quiet...Friendly Staff....Lovely Breakfast....Clean
Great pool and breakfast. I asked for two adjoining rooms and when we went into one it was still dirty, and housekeeping had already left for the night. They could not make any other accommodations but moving the second room down the hall. It was very frustrating.
The beds are really comfortable with lots of pillows. They have a good breakfast. The price is reasonable. You get good value for the money.
Very friendly staff, great location. People above us woke us up at 5am. It sounded like there was a herd of elephants. Very strong smell of chlorine, as we were on the ground floor, down the hall from the pool. AC/fan wouldn't stay on for more than 5 mins at a time. Would have been nice to drown out at least some of the noise.
I liked the theme and the atmosphere of the hotel. It is in a quite countryside like area, yet close from business and shopping facilities.
The spa services and programs
Very comfortable for a family or as a couples romantic getaway. We've experienced both. Loved both trips! Extremely friendly staff! Looking forward to our next escape! : )
The staff here is incredibly friendly, even for an expensive hotel. They go above and beyond what one would normally expect. Very dog friendly too, a huge plus for us. When we checked in they delivered a dog bed and bowls to our room, very cool! Construction at 8am on a Sunday? Surely that couldn't wait for midday during the week...really frustrating given how much you pay for this experience. Only complaint I've got though, this place is amazing.
Beautiful, comfortable, romantic rooms and location. Staff was excellent as was the food. Need more bath towels in room, please.
It had an awesome outdoor hot tub and nearby sauna. It was really pleasant to be outside in the rain and in the hot water, tucked away in a private little courtyard. I was surprised to see so much alcohol readily available in the room. It didn't bother me, but I wonder whether those with alcohol issues would do well being in a room with bottles of gin, vodka, and wine so available.
The bed and linens were great. Atmosphere was relaxed. Proximity to the winery & Red Hook Brewery. My husband did not like the shower head placement -- no big deal to me!
Felt absolutely taken care of and pampered. It's also walking distance to a couple of lovely wineries with tastings. Nothing.
Very comfortable and stylish rooms with excellent facilities and a wonderful rustic reception/ bar area.
The friendly and helpful approach to guests when it became apparent that nothing was regarded as insignificant
The staff was very accommodating. When the fireplace did not operate, a staff person did his best to remedy the situation, and when it still did not operate, we were offered a different room. We chose to stay in the room we were already in. a few minutes later, under our door appeared a note authorizing a free breakfast for both of us. The breakfast was delicious. I don't like the stark ambiance of the room. I prefer cozy. a working fireplace might have improved "cozy," but husband and I are just not into sleek and modern. We also do not the emphasis on alcohol (all manner of elegant bottles in the room); we don't drink alcohol.
Everything about this hotel is amazing! From the complimentary wine while checking in, to the pet friendly amenities- I was impressed with it all! Me and my husband live 20 minutes away but feel like we are vacation every time we stay here.
Great location, friendly staff, clean. Could use some minor updating such as workout equipment. Trellis Restaurant needs to improve. For the money they serve quantity vs quality. We only ate breakfast. Coffee was good. Staff was friendly but service was mediocre.
In downtown Kirkland so fantastic walk score, friendly staff allowed early check-in. We wanted to go to the Woodinville wineries and the Heathman driver took us out and picked us up later in the day. Overall fantastic service!
The staff was very helpful and it was close to restaurants and shops (not within walking distance to a liquor store) The only request I would have next time would to have a room that is not facing main street.
Amazingly friendly, caring and service minded staff.
This was our third stay at this Marriott, and we continue to be pleased with our accommodations, the location, and the staff. The rooms, including a small kitchenette, are well cared for and the staff has been helpful in giving us directions, having our dry cleaning done on time, and in providing a nice, satisfying breakfast every day of our visits. Not too fancy, but very adequate and comfortable. I would also add that the grounds are beautiful - lots of trees!
I had reserved it around 2 months prior to our trip. It is a 2 story bldg, I asked the desk agent to give 2 room on 2nd floor, but she didn't accept. It was soooooooo noisy when people were walking around upstairs. Also the water got cold a few times that we were showing, I mean really cold which is ridiculous. Kitchen appliance were almost new and nice, except the coffee maker with broken lead.
David and his staff made this last stay a very pleasant experience. The rooms have been recently renovated. Everything works. No traffic noise.
Breakfast and newspapers
quiet and cozy nice little get a way but not to far away not that I can think of
The location, kitchen facility and good breakfast The sound proof was poor and the hotel was under renovation at the time. People was moving furniture starting at 8:00ish. Other than that, everything was great.
Nothing, we left a day early. Overpriced, small bed, uncomfortable bed, dirty crib, dark, the building is sinking, the pool was not kid friendly, the parking lot was cramped...
Fitness room was great Na
Very clean in a nice and quaint neighbourhood. Lots of amenities nearby so everything is easily accessible. We got back late at night and we were going to ask the front desk staff a couple of recommendations for places to visit near the area but she was having some emotional moment. I didn't have a problem with that but it was a bit awkward so we didn't bother asking. Our room was right by a road and I'm a very light sleeper so any noise from cars, trucks, or motorcycle would wake me up and it kept me up most of the night.
Bed somewhat hard, pillows too big(for me), heater quite noisy. Otherwise all nice and beautiful, and clean, pleasant staff. A feel good place. Good value
The location. Cleaning staff... 1st day, didn't clean until 5pm 2nd day, did not empty the trash 3rd day, left dirty linen on the floor.
I loved the look of the place Car broken into, no cameras, hotel didn't offer any compensation. Will not recommend.
Impeccably clean, modern, comfortable, great restaurant, Starbucks coffee
Comfortable, decent price, good night sleep ....... That is all I have to say.
from booking the hotel it was an ease traveling and finding the Hotel was easy front Desk personnel very friendly and accommodating No breakfast on week ends, a little disappointed although coffee and juice was available thank you and we will visit again next month
Having a fully usable clean kitchen is great. Bathroom looked and smelled clean overall, but there was some visible black stuff around tub fixtures and floor. The suite is good size and having a couch, table and chair makes it like an apartment. The bed was way too firm, needed a pillowtop for real comfort, but I have a bad back. Definitely not an inviting bed - and no 'deluxe' linens or comforter.
It wasn't cleaned the best, but it was a great deal for the money.
The shower was broken. The bed felt like a gunny sack full of rock. My wife ended up sleeping on the sofa. No maid service in the 5 days we were there. The coffee pots in the lobby/breakfast area were often empty. You had to ask the front desk for creamer. The A/C did not work.
Hotel has breakfast Monday throught Friday but not on the weekends. This does not seem fair to weekend travelers. Hotel has a 3 star rating however I think a 2.5 is what you will find.
We had reserved the room for 2 nights and were thinking about paying for a different hotel the second night. The bed was not comfortable and the linens were not soft. In the washroom, the tub faucet adjusting the temperature broke off and was ridiculously hard to change and the toilet seat looked like it was chipped in a few spots. The workers at the front desk did their job, but they were not at all friendly. It's rated 3 stars and this made me wonder what a 1 star hotel would look like.
I really liked this room. It was clean and well-arranged. It was a bit too cool. It took quite a long time (2 hours or more) to warm it up to 74 degrees. But the shower was nice and hot and had good water preasure. I would definitely come here again.
I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is much nicer after the recent remodel, but it remains a 2-star quality. The hallways have strange food smells and the maintenance varies by room. In some rooms, the water fixtures don't work well and the showers creak. In nearly all of the rooms, the kitchenware that is provided is well work and needs to be scrubbed before use. If the hotel was kept cleaner, I would give it a higher rating. But during my last stay, I found three pair of used underwear in the nightstand and a roach trap under the bathroom sink. During other stays, I have found hair, used q-tips, and other trash in the room. It can be loud if you get a room near the elevator (rooms 104, 204, 304). If your room is at the back of the hotel (124, 224, 324), you will get cigarette smoke in your room because of the number of people who smoke outside the stairwell. Your room's air conditioner/heater unit just sucks the smoke right into your room. They should move the smoking area away from the building to prevent this. Overall, the hotel is a good value for the cost. If they were to invest a little in keeping it cleaner and better maintained, this hotel would be a real winner.
Every morning it was a fight for coffee and the help had to be asked. The motel charges more if you want your room cleaned so, we never had our room cleaned for 5 days. I will never stay in this motel again.
Good choice for business travelers and/or extended stay. Nice room with good workspace and kitchenette. Located walking distance to many restaurants and services and well located. Laundry facilities and fitness place looked good. Note :Don't plan on much of a breakfast.
Nice extended stay. Staff was a bit rude. We saw a meal area and asked if breakfast would be served the next day. They bluntly stated that breakfast is only served on weekdays. A lot of people in the area brought dogs, and they were having their dogs use the bathrooms around the building. The rooms did not have any soap. The couch in the room was a plus.
Location Smelled like smoke throughout the facility and in room. Not clean at all. Simply not recommended by this traveler.
The lady at the desk was very nice and very helpful. The place was clean and didn't have any weird smells. Our rook had a small kitchen with a decent sized fridge that also had a freezer as well as a sink. The wifi didn't work and they want you to pay for faster Internet which they consider 2mbps...that is a joke since you have probably just spent over a 100 bucks there. I hate companies trying to nickel and dime you. Also our ac worked ok, not great.
This was a stay with few perks very poor breakfast choices, water was not hot for shower
whirlpool and proximity to interstate and restaurants
Clean, friendly, accommodating staff.
Food was good for breakfast. We had been on the road for over a week, so were very thankful for the laundry. They had an overflow room for breakfast, which was good, because a couple of mornings, it was really packed. The breakfast staff was very helpful, cheerful and kept the food stocked. Would be nice if the laundry room were a little bigger with seating. The night clerk seemed a bit off, in that he didn't seem sure if they had luggage carts, or where they might be. We found a couple.
Well kept, clean room, alert front desk staff, Good value for the money. Location in proximity to Redmond was okay time and traffic-wise.
Quiet rooms, good location to highway, Kirkland and Redmond.
It was Spartan, but okay No shampoo or lotion, few Rowland and broken doorknob
The motel is very noisy. Not only one can clearly hear the surrounding freeways, but also, due to poor insulation between rooms, tv and conversations from neighbors, not to mention heels on the upper floor. Suggestion: in addition to soap, provide shampoo.
Room was clean and in good condition. Price was very good for the area, albeit very high for a Motel 6. I like the discount at Denny's.... Wi-Fi should have been included (at a price of $2.99/day). Also, it required a pre-paid card and would not accept debit/credit card. Inconvenient.
Room was clean. TV was nice. Bathroom was OK. I paid extra to have a fridge and microwave and my room did not have those items. Because of that, they gave me Internet for free so the money equaled out.
Very quiet location. When we arrived it seemed very empty. The woman at the front desk was very kind. The room that we were given was a suite and it was very spacious. The beds had a memory foam topper and a down comforter. We ate at the Chinese restaurant that was in the hotel and it was great!! The room smelled very musty and we could hear the walls are very thin. We could hear the people in the room next to us use the bathroom and could hear every word of their conversations.
Pleasant personnel clean rooms but need updating Draperies were torn. Only one cup of coffee per person
The front desk help was very nice. The place is a dump next to an abandoned movie theater. The interior is from the 1970's. I have no idea how this is considered a three star hotel. We left within 1/2 an hour and found another hotel.
Large room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location for our needs. Staff friendly and welcoming. Adjacent and accessible to open space trail. Close to restaurants and shopping facilities. facility under renovation. Heating & cooling system barely functional. Room worn. Staff not very professional. Adjacent club/bar noisy until late hours.
The price The place stunk and looked like a room in a horror/drug movie. We checked in then promptly check out and found a better place down the road.
Convenient location and value priced. They need to work on the "spots" on the furniture and rugs.
