Pros: It was clean with a comfortable bed. Wifi and cable TV.
Good enough for our last minute trip (where every other hotel/motel was booked solid).
Cons: Took forever to get the shower going and there was little water pressure.
Air conditioner came on frequently during the night and was very very loud, resulting is disturbed sleep.
Small room. Poor view. Parking was confusing and very little of it.

Pros: Location right off the 403
Restaurant attached to hotel
Fridge and microwave in the room
Sliding doors on main floor rooms
Cons: Very thin walls can hear all conversations in the hallways and other rooms
Doors slam loudly, sounds like someone is banging on your door when your neighbour opens or closes their door
Queen bed seemed small
Towels were low quality
Pros: Availability of amenities.
Cons: Difficulty of WiFi connection was a problem.
Cons: pre-paid status did not go through to the hotel (I had already been charged the full amount 3 months ago, yet the hotel wanted to charge me directly, and this took almost an hour on checkout to get sorted out)
Pros: Clean, pool area, breakfast and hotel staff.
Pros: The supper buffet was excellent. The sports bar for keeping up on the soceer games.
Cons: Soft bed....for the third adult.
Cons: smoky room
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Shower didn't work properly. Tub filled up while stopper was pulled even though it shouldn't
Pros: Room was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The room was very dated and in need of maintaining. Pool area could have used more frequent visits by staff to keep towels stocked and keep rowdy guests from ruining the trip for others.
Pros: Spending the night with my two sons. Room had two queens and a pullout couch so everyone had their own beds. And a quality buffet breakfast in the morning.
Pros: Staff at front desk were very pleasant
Pros: Close to everything, amazing experience with the staff when we first arrived she went above and beyond what we expected. The room was super clean and there was no noise from other rooms that we could hear. Best experience with this hotel.
Cons: Breakfast staff on Saturday morning was a bit slow in the restaurant area but all in all great food.
Pros: The staff was fantastic; friendly and helpful. The room was clean and as advertised. Great breakfast!
Cons: The pool could use a bit of updating. Also, both mornings there were no towels in the pool area which was a problem if your room was a distance from the pool area.
Pros: Hot tub, great restaurant and breakfast.
Cons: Some rooms need to be renovated.
Pros: The lobby and restaurant was nice and looked renovated Room was clean.
Cons: Yes, the fact that the hotel appeared to be empty and that our room was at the far end of the hotel facing the 403 - woke up at 5:30am because of the transports ! The toaster in the restaurant screeching was very uncomfortable to the ears !
Pros: Good parking, easy to reach and close to Ancaster where I was visiting.
Cons: Heating was a problem. The heat was either on or off. Too hot when on continuously but cold when off. There was no auto for heat. I spent the night cold as it was otherwise too hot. A very old system but not what I expect in a BW Plus.
Pros: Friendly staff and a quick check-in. Nice big bed and a reasonably spacious room. The price was the main factor, and it was the best deal in town. I'm not too picky, so I didn't mind it.
Cons: The door had 3 locks (doorknob, deadbolt, and chain), but only the doorknob lock actually worked. The chain was missing, and the deadbolt wouldn't turn to lock. Ordinarily not too much of a problem, but I had my laptop in the room and felt very uneasy having to leave it there when we went out of the room for extended periods of time. It also caused some concern when "someone" came and knocked on our door at 1am. We didn't answer the door, and after a few knocks they went away, but it would have been nice to know that the door was more secure. A somewhat shady character who looked to be a long-term resident had approached us earlier asking for a cigarette, so it could have just been a "friendly local" looking to bum a smoke, but I didn't feel like getting out of bed to find out. The pool on property would have been nice if it was working, but it was empty and had a thick layer of bog slime in the bottom. We had a non-smoking room, but it had a very strong stale smoke odor. Also, the A/C struggled to keep the room cool; it was warm in there. None of these were dealbreakers to me, but I'm not too picky. If you are on a budget and are okay with a bit of run-down, you'll be fine.
