Cons: Internet access is very poor except in the lobby.

Pros: We stay here whenever we are in Syracuse. It's convenient to everything. The rooms are furnished with everything we need. It's clean and the staff has always been helpful
Pros: Very clean and comfortable
Cons: Wish the price was lower
Pros: Clean quiet and comfortable very nice I will stay again.
Pros: It's literally at the exit/entrance to the NY Tollway so remarkably simple highway egress/access. Plus there are 8 Tesla supercharging stations in the parking lot. The staff was very accommodating as well.
Cons: We stayed 2 days and slept in the first day. We had a marker on the door not to disturb. The marker was removed by noon but our room was never straightened up afterwards. I think cleaning crew forgot about us. Not really a big deal...
Pros: The hotel staff. The room upgrade. The free hot breakfast. The very clean hotel.
Cons: Nothing at all
Cons: the pool had a very small roped off area for children (3' to 4' 13') The rest of the pool appeared to go up to 9ft. My grand daughter opted to forego swimming...tswimming space too small
Pros: Lovely updated rooms
The location is BEHIND the Holiday Inn Express at the junction of Electronics Pkwy and N. 7th. If I hadn't read another reviewer's comment about it, I would have wandered for a long time looking for it.
Pros: Suite was spacious and the kitchen was complete right down to glassware and dished if you needed them. I was impressed that each bedroom had it's own bathroom.
Cons: The chair in the master bedroom was showing a good deal of wear. You would think that for the price, they would have selected softer toilet tissue instead of something like paper towels.
Pool and restaurant are shared with Holiday Inn.
Pros: Spacious clean room, friendly staff, full kitchen
Cons: should have a big sign by the road, it's located behind Holiday Inn, GPS couldn't direct correctly.
Pros: loved the rooms and the staff
Cons: needs better signage from road
attached to Holiday Inn... certain resources, like pool, are shared
Pros: spacious 2-bedroom suite, recent, clean, complete with kitchen

Pros: nice big room with separate bedroom and full kitchen
Cons: booking.com had the wrong email address for a reservation, and it became a two hour headache
Pros: Room was clean and close to downtown for the race. Staff was very cheerful and very helpful.
Pros: Like a small apartment. Separate bedroom, living and kitchen area. Clean, good maid service. Great for an extended stay if needed. Not sure of prices for a longer stay, for a few nights, similar to other hotels. Free breakfast and some snack food at 5:30 pm social hour. Free laundry facilities.
Cons: Small and limited fitness room.
Pros: The size and functionality of the room.
Cons: When myself and my guest arrived, there was NO ONE at the front desk to greet us. It took more than 10 minutes for us to find someone to help us. When the front desk person arrived, they were less than courteous to myself and the rest of the line up waiting to talk to someone. I felt as if our check in was rushed and that the inconvenience that I felt while waiting was not properly addressed.
Pros: Enjoyed swimming laps in their clean pool
Nice assortment of foods for breakfast
Clean, quiet rooms
Pros: Great customer service from Heather at front desk. Fixed a reservation problem quickly and pleasently.

Pros: Staff,spa,room were all excellent
Cons: Not a thing

Pros: Room clean and good size. Staff very nice. Breakfast was good
Cons: Had Internet connection problems which were a real inconvenience
Cons: Noisy. You could hear all the doors closing. The maid service knocked several times very early in the morning on nearby rooms and was very loud. Someone attempted to open our dor n then ran away despite do not disturb sign
Pros: Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Cozy comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Convenient location.
Cons: Parking was tight.
Pros: The best deal you can get in Syracuse.
Pros: Professional & courteous staff, modern & clean rooms, convenient location
Pros: The room itself was great - big comfy bed, mini kitchen which included a toaster, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, and utensils. The double head shower was also very clean.
Cons: They have a shuttle service that picks you up and takes you places within a 2mile radius which is great except it takes 30 min to come get you and then sometimes if it already has passengers it takes you all the way out to the airport when you just had to walk 10min. The breakfast wasn't anything great.. They had lots of options but everything was very bland, typical hotel food. I was sick for a full day because the milk I had was bad even though it hadn't expired. I think it might have been left out to spoil just a little too long.

Pros: Comfortable bed with clean white pillows and topper. Pretty quiet. Courteous staff.
Cons: Banquet food was not great and the food in the restaurant (Rachels) was uninspired. overcooked shrimp, mushy scrambled eggs. super bland pasta dishes on the conference buffet. Frozen dessert products that are mediocre and probably frozen cookie dough because those were not very good either. Sorry, but I am a restaurant person and I call 'em like I see 'em. Egg salad no, but tuna salad good. Fresh nice fruit and plenty of food. Staff was nice. very casual style of service.
Pros: Surrounding university atmosphere.
Cons: Cost adders (parking, etc.)

- location by river/lock is charming
- upgraded television equipment
- plenty of free parking
- charming concept of the old Mill
- room was made up well each day - well done and clean!
- bed was very comfortable, though short. Very nice pillows
- this property has potential but needs a couple hundred grand invested to make it nice again
- Wifi is nearly non-existent, flaky at its best
- no desk in room
- "Full" size bed seems short - and I'm only 5'10"!
- carpeting throughout needs to be replaced
- elevator smells pretty musty
- "breakfast" is some cold rolls from walmart, cold cereal, and coffee
- filthy windows in forward stairwell - is this part of the "old mill" charm?
- must be nice to be the only game in central B'ville: can get away with all of the above.
- looks like owners are sucking every bit of coin they can out of this property before selling for a loss to someone with capital/expertise/time to invest. Love to see the books to see how far in the hole the are operating.
Pros: the staff mad it great
Cons: breakfast was a little minimal

Cons: They didn't have any rooms even though I made prior reservations and prepaid for it.
Pros: The room was spacious, clean and the night quiet. The staff was professional and helpful.
Cons: No microwave or fridge in the room was a bit unexpected.
Cons: The menu in the restaurant eleven waters needs a few more items to choose from, and the service was extremely slow
Cons: The front desk said that I could park I. A garage and use the bridge to head over. I arrived at 11 am and it's not the part of town you want to be walking in alone and I say that as a healthy 30 year old male. I park near the bridge, get all my bags, and when I cross the bridge to the hotel the door is locked. Now I've already paid for that garage and have a block and a half walk wth my stuff. The staff needs to be better educated and that will come with time. Besides that, the doors to the rooms are loud as hell but not bad as a whole.

Pros: Staff was very friendly, room was very clean.
Pros: Everything was wonderful. The room was clean and very big. Nice king bed.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the gym. I went into the gym & the equipment was so outdated and there was only room for one or two people. I couldn't imagine if there were more people trying to get in. And the gym only had 3 cardio machines and then a total gym.

Pros: Armoury Square is the entertainment center of Syracuse, so staying right there is a plus. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are very accommodating.
Cons: However, we won't stay there again as long as we can get into an equally good hotel in the same neighbourhood where they offer complementary breakfast and the parking is free. All things being equal (and they are in quality) we prefer the extra amenities.
Pros: Central location, very modern, very clean
Cons: I could hear the room above me when they were talking normally.

Cons: The valet took a little longer than expected retrieving our car, but I think the desk clerk may have forgot to call him do to everyone checking out.
Pros: This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff is friendly and very helpful with knowledge of surrounding area, directions, extra pillows, and even a nice welcome conversation. Very Clean and Highly recommended!

Cons: Torn shower curtain
Long walk for retired Air Force disabled vet, not enough disability parking near entrance
Pros: For a "king suite" it was a very average room-may as well opt for a cheaper room. It seems one half of the hotel is way nice than the other-but it's still nice.
Pros: Ease of parking.Comfortable beds.
Cons: Had to ask multiple times for a refrigerator in room when I previously confirmed a refrigerator would be in room at checkin. Needed more staff at front desk.
Pros: The location was perfect. We were going to an event at The Stage. Upon arrival the lobby was beautiful and the staff very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with all of the necessities. We ate both dinner the menu was amazing with variety of vegetarian meals. Breakfast as well. With such a beautiful lounge we ate there both meals. All of these things were of great quality but the staff is the shinning star of the hotel. The front desk clerk who always had a smile and a welcoming word to the shuttle driver and all of the wait staff!!
Cons: The business end of the bathroom was a little worn.

Pros: Lobby was bright and inviting. Pool was large enough for laps and the whirlpool was nice. Our room had a balcony which was very nice. Room was clean. It seemed a bit on the small size but there was a sleeper sofa.
Cons: The bed was nice when you were on to of the covers but when under them, the bed felt like a board. Pillows didn't hold their shape well.
Pros: it was conveniently located for an overnight stay on a long driving trip.
Cons: The bed was a bit too hard for me, but my husband was happy and slept well,
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful (switching our room when a more desirable one was available, quickly replacing our broken hair dryer within a matter of 5 min).
Hotel lobby is very modern.
Pros: Amazing hotel!! My friends and I stayed here while on a shopping trip to Destiny USA from Canada. The location was excellent, not right on the highway and in a quiet location. Still only 12 minutes away from mall. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and nice, it was the only hotel that I could find in the area that had two queen beds in a room for our group of four. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The restaurant in the hotel was reasonably priced and had healthy options. We will always be staying at this hotel during our yearly visit to Syracuse!

Pros: Staff is one of the best, hands down. Very accommodating. Wifi is usually very good. Good breakfast.
Cons: Not close to much walking distance, but close to a lot via car or taxi. No snacks available for purchase during the day. Otherwise excellent mid level hotel.
Pros: Very accommodating and clean
Pros: Cleanliness, free breakfast, amenities
Pros: Breakfast was very decent comparing with the same or event 3 or 3.5 star hotel. Despite it is a 2.5 put there were swimming pool, coffee machine and a frig in a standard room.
Pros: Definitely the service for the breakfast! The staff to support the customer was very devoted and thoughtful.
Cons: Maybe the location.
Pros: LocationCleanMost Staff
Cons: Initial check-in with clerk. The Grand Kids found him creepy. In the end, we were happy with the outcome.

Cons: my gps.......

Pros: It was close to our family event we were attending.
Cons: Each time I went to the front desk no one was there. The room it self was clean enough but the pool was absolutely gross. I would have walked if I didn't have my 3 and a half year old with me. There was food on the deck and other stuff floating in the pool and there was a blackish ring around the top 6 inches of the pool edge. Do some cleaning people. The staff were friendly enough but I am still disgusted by the pool. one of the worst stays in my life.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Short drive to everywhere we went
Cons: Decor dated but we didn't really care and we just needed a place to stay for one night after a concert.
Pros: The room was very clean and the service/breakfast was great. It was also in a great location beside a gas station that has very cheap gas relative to the other I-90 gas stations. Great place to stop if you're traveling through and want to refuel and/or stay the night.
Cons: The facilities and furniture were very dated--a bit overpriced for the quality of the facilities. Also, we were driving a moving truck/tow car, and there was nowhere to easily park the truck or to exit without backing up (which is very difficult with a large moving truck and car tow).
Pros: The staff and everything being available at this hotel for a small price. I loved the bed and TV, and it was quite a nice stay for the price that I paid. I didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised.
Pros: Quick and easy check in
Good location right off the highway
Pros: It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: It is outdated and a little eery.
Cons: Expected a three star hotel, and felt that it fell short.
Pros: Great price, Every thing was fine, very clean. Bed and pillows were great. Enjoyable stay.
Pros: Great customer service and comfortable stay.
Pros: Room air conditioning was great. Mattress and pillows suprisingly comfortable.
Cons: The shower was hard to regulate - but the water stream was strong enough.
Pros: Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
Cons: Continental Breakfast had no yogurt options.
Pros: Great price, clean, and a free continental plus breakfast daily. Rooms have nice big adjustable flatscreen TVs if your stuck inside.
Cons: Location is not within walking distance of too many things unless you go further than a mile. Minimal facilities, but to be expected at the price.

Pros: I'm a pretty low maintenance person, so this Quality Inn was perfect for me. Friendly staff, very clean room and bathroom with good basic amenities, and a hot breakfast available, including make-your-own fresh waffles! Parking is free. There is a small workout room, too. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Although this is only a few minutes from downtown Syracuse, the area around the hotel gets a little shady. I realize this is relative to individual experience, but all I can say is I wouldn't want to go for a stroll alone outside at night. Still, though, the hotel and parking lot felt safe. I would still stay here in the future.
Pros: Excellent breakfast
Good wifi and good tv
Maid left extra bathroom supplies when ours were almost empty
Very easy to get to
Super friendly staff
Washing machine on site
Cons: People in the parking lot drinking beer out of a pickup like it was a NASCAR race, haha!
Pros: I liked very little, but didn't expect much more than we received. We checked in later, not staying for any other reason but for a place to sleep. When we arrived, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in at least a month, there were crumbs and debris surrounding the perimiter of the room, and there was no bible but instead the Krishna. We were awoken quite early by the man doing housekeeping and another guest arguing very loudly a door away. I would only suggest this room to a person or persons looking for a quick, cheap bed and nothing more.
Pros: the location
Cons: from the outside is looks terrible
