Pros (+) Nice hotel, a bit dated but totally acceptable. Open bar, amazing breakfast, fast internet, staff was good, housekeeping good, restaurant on site was good.
Cons (-) Air in the hotel was very very dry.
Pros (+) Free breakfast was outstanding. Free cocktail happy hour was nice. Staff was exceedingly kind (except for a manager who was blatantly harassing the excellent bartender).
Cons (-) Outdated room. Felt like a sparsely remodeled basement. Toilet was awful. Pillows so soft you may as well sleep without them. Air conditioning barely functions--it was hot in the room all night. Pool is so small and only 4ft deep. Hot tub's water level was not full and so the jets sprayed water in our faces.

Cons (-) Plumbing backup flooded our bathroom. We had flies and fruit flies in our room. We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub, but that wasn't working. They didn't put up an out of order sign even though they knew it was broken. No towels in pool area. They didn't uphold no-children in pool area after 10Pm. Just a lot of disappointments.
