Loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and nice with a very comfortable bed. It was cleaned eaxh day with fresh towels. The included breakfast was a bonus in NYC.

I wish I could have lowered the temperature in my room to under 68 overnight, but otherwise I had a great stay. Clean, well-appointed, and friendly. The free breakfast was great and the gym was excellent.
Pros (+) The room was clean and the shower was great with a lot of water pressure.
Cons (-) I checked in 2 hours before check in time and they charged me an early checkin fee of $50. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels, including Hilton’s and am an honors member but I’ve never experienced being charged for an early fee. Seems ridiculous when they have rooms ready and it was only 2 hours early.
Pros (+) Great staff and service, breakfast, comfortable beds, clean.
Cons (-) Need better public computer. 2nd stay here. Need a business center. One of two computers always down.
