Very close to the subway. Very clean! Luggage storage
Housekeeping kept turning the heat up way too high every single day. I literally walked into my room to it on 33 degrees Celsius.
The hotel acknowledged upon check-in that my room reservation was pre-paid but that they needed to swipe a credit card for "incidentals" - this is quite standard practice, so I have no issue with that practice. What I did not like was that the hotel, after acknowledging that the entire room reservation was prepaid, subsequently charged my employer's master card for one night and then charged my personal visa for the other night. There were no incidentals to be charged so it seemed unusual that a hotel would charge a separate card that was intended for incidentals only when the full reservation had been pre-paid prior to check-in. What I did not like was the amount of time that it took to make 6 separate calls, remain on hold, explain the situation to 6 different staff members, explain each time to our own accounting division and be sent incorrect information including an unwillingness of a supervisor to acknowledge that the hotel had made an error, when the hotel's accounting department confirmed after extensive communications, that the hotel made an error. This placed a considerable damper on an otherwise good experience.
I loved how I was treated with amazing hospitality. I was checked in with no complications. The guest services members were very attentive to me and sent me everything I needed very quickly. Montell at the front desk was a great help. He made my trip very easy and worthwhile.
I did not see a place for breakfast. We ended up eating at the Sheraton, next door.
the check out wasn't very personalise, didn't really care about us. didn't made eyes contact when asking how our stay was and didn't really care to the answer.
