The bed was not that comfortable and hard. The sheets were scratchy and the room was cold. For this brand/price hotel, i expected a more luxury bedding and warmer more comfortable. Loved the coffee shop in the lobby and the house made pastry. The barista was VERY friendly. The check in staff was nice as well
Limited views of the bridge plus limited privilege for Platinum+ members (inclusive of upgrades). Hotel itself is a bit worn.

We ordered (in the Grand Room) two glasses of Sauvignon Blanc and were served Chardonnay. I gave up trying to attract the waiters attention and drank it.
