Very pleasant stay, comfortable well appointed hotel. Good location. Excellent value.
It had a portable AC unit that was loud and noisy.?it was either hot or cold in the room . Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Room could have been cleaner.,the plave was tired looking. Not at all beautiful like in the pictures. .
Very centrally located and close to Grand Place.
Location of the hotel is excellent, as it is near the metro as well as Grand Place Towels had holes in them and bed linen was not clean

Location of your hotel is always key when traveling. this had an excellent location near the Grand Place and a short walk to the tour office which was the meeting point for all our tours. The rooms were not really cleaned properly. Trash was taken out but quite a number of trash was left strewn on the floor in both the room and bathroom. Large trash items like empty water bottles were left behind as well as kleenex. This happened twice. Also toiletries were not replenished properly. Bad cleaning service for sure. Toilet was separate from the bathroom which is odd so there was no water within reach. Wifi was not working in the room until I checked if it was included in the package and they fixed it but not after several attempts. The food in the restaurants downstairs were also too expensive. Not really commensurate with the prices outside where there were many restaurants.
clean, efficient, comfortable. Reasonable cost if you look for discounted from the hotel's standard room rates. Good Internet access except for capacity to send attachments. television had very poor sound quality. could have offered more channels at optional purchase?
The walls were a bit thin, and we could hear the people next door talk.

Front desk staff was wonderful -- rooms were comfortable. Horrible service in restaurant ( being a single female travel likely contributed to this); room was very poorly insulated re:noise. Heard everything all night.
location is great! we had problem with room service. couple of days before arriving we ordered, prepayed a small birthday cake for 60euro wich they could not take to the room from the kitchen in 45 minutes after asking for it, so we could not wait for it. They explained that they were to busy.
nice location close to all the important touristic areas. Staff was amazing and great More attention to detailing. I know the building is old but may be more upgrading to the rooms would be better. Rooms are very cheap inside. I would still recommend it if you are not so much into luxury

I thought the entire staff including housekeeping was very friendly, helpful, courteous, efficient in trying to meet our needs. I had to deal with management couple of times and Dimitros was just great! Location is excellent, rooms are well lite with all the amenities. I like the idea that every floor is different in color and décor. Also many rooms are not the same. I like the state of the art security system and privacy with the room keys and not being able to access another floor w/your room key. Rooms are comfortable not like some hotel rooms that are very small and crowed. I think on the daily basis they should make a slight change in their menu for the buffet breakfast. Everyday it was exactly the same. Breakfast is open 6:15 and they should be ready at 6:15, the hot food was not ready till 6:40, chef was still preparing. I was with a Globus tour in Amsterdam, Luxemburg and the 2 hotels there had a slight change in their menu. Radisson should get a sophisticated coffee machine so people can help themselves that way you don't have to ask them for coffee and it would help a busy day. It was very chaotic, short of staff several days in the breakfast restaurant, , everybody was running around then accidents occurred spilling coffee, crashing plates. Tables were not cleaned off so it was difficult to find a table. I understand that at times understaffing occurs, I think days like this they should have a sign Please wait to be seated, so they could get a table ready for the amt. of customers to be seated. As people were let in freely, we're looking for a clean table and it was difficult to find one so I landed up cleaning my table plus got my own coffee. I felt it was ok to help out a little bit. They have a ledge anywhere from 2 1/2-3 inches high before going into the bathroom which doesn't make sense why they have it, it serves no purpose and certainly does not help the décor. I think it is very dangerous especially at night. I kicked it on the first day 3 times and then I put a colorful luggage strap on the floor and left the light on. 2 other couples stumbled on it, laid a towel to even it out, taped some paper across as a reminder that the ledge was there.
Location and staff weRe great. I was on the second floor and there must be a club directly underneath. I couldn't sleep because the music was throbbing through the room. I had to be up at 5 am so this was disastrous. Not good at all. Not worth it at all.

The hotel is located right in the middle of all the touristy sights you want to see in the grand place. The staff is great they speak English and 7 other different languages. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. What I didn't like was that breakfast was not included and the city tax you have to paid at the end of your stay. City tax is about 4.75 euros per day.
Very convenient and provided what I needed (for a short business trip). Breakfast was a bit so-so, considering the cost.
The room was very spacious and the hotel is bright, modern, and clean. Good price but mainly made up of business travelers (we were on our honeymoon). Didn't try the restaurant/bar (Smoods) on the first floor because the priced seemed absurdly high. Would be great for a longer term business stay because of the separate desk area in the room. Not much negative to say. The location is a bit of a hike from the tourist hotspots like the Grand Place. It's close to the Botanique metro station which was convenient but it would have been nicer to have a quicker walk to the city center instead. If you do walk to the city center from the hotel, make sure to walk through the gardens and then down Rue Neuve - it's much nicer than walking between all of the business buildings.
The room is big for the price we paid. The bar downstairs was nice and the bartenders were friendly and even made us specialty drinks that weren't on the menu We got to the room late in the evening, the receptionist gave us our room key. When we got to our room, our key didn't work. This happens sometimes so we weren't too upset. I came back downstairs and told another guy at the desk that we had just arrived and that our key didn't work. He fixed it and apologized, we headed to our room. When we opened the door, a woman shot up out of bed and asked "who's there". I felt terrible. Tried to apologize quickly as I spun out the door. I went back down to the desk and the people working had figured out what happened because the lady I walked in on called the front before we got down. They gave a voucher for 1 free glass of wine or beer and gave us the new key and apologized once more. When I turned to walk away, I realized that the same room that we just interrupted that woman in was still written on the key holder card. I turned and told him "this the same room we just came from". He said "oh, oh, I'm sorry." And gave me the right number. But he almost sent us back to the wrong room a third time. All kinds of other things went wrong while we were there. Loud construction RIGHT outside our window at 6am every morning. We were told we would get a five dollar voucher for the bar for every morning we didn't get our room cleaned and we never got it. 4 days in a row, we didn't want our room cleaned. We didn't care about the voucher, but when we went to the desk to ask for an extra bottle of water for our room (which comes with a free bottle of still water and sparkling every morning if you get it cleaned) the desk attendant said we couldn't have free water if our room hadn't been serviced. But when I mentioned that we never received our vouchers, there was some reason we couldn't get that either. I was so frustrated from no sleep from the construction and all the other issues (many of them too small of importance but also too many to list) that I stopped listening to their reasoning. I had decided that I'll never stay at this hotel again. Which is unfortunate because I had stayed there one night last time I was in Belgium. I didn't have much interaction with the staff as it was another late night. I just needed a bed for the evening. My only complaint was the location was kind of inconvenient but after this experience, i realized the problems are far worse than the location
the hotel is new! everything is so nice prepared. The wash room, the bed sheet are all very clearn. The room is big.The Location is excellent. But travellers must make sure you come out from the correct tram/train stop. If you come out from the correct one, you find the hote is just in front you. We came out from the trian station main exis, returns out we walked a big round to get to the hotel. if you are not sure how to go there, make sure you check the google map or call the hotel when you get off your train. if breakfast is included in 99 Euro would be great!
