Smooth process. The first car we had experienced mechanical problems and was changed with no hassle. They also accommodated us because we had to take the car for 1 week rather than 2 days as was initially planned. Only downside is I think it would be best if the app would make you aware of the 10000 baht deposit. Also it cost me 10$ more a day because the car we selected (a Yaris) before arrival was not available so we got a Honda City instead which was more expensive.Reviewed Mar 15 2024
