No Car
Cons: I showed up at the local Budget office and was told: " we don't have any cars" even though the lot was full "those are customers cars" which i don't believe all were . The Service Rep basically told me to go suck a lemon ; didn't offer to call another office or any other effort even though I was the only customer in the office.
Radio was not clear on entire 350 mile trip

No car available at my arrival.
Pros: To be fair, I requested a car at the end of day car (6:00 pm closing). I arrived at 5:15PM. My car was not available. Agent was counting on a return car for me that was due to arrive at 6:00PM. That was cutting it a little close.
Cons: No car in my category or higher available at this location upon my arrival. I called and arranged a car through another car rental company. They came a picked me up and had no problem filling my request for a full size car.
