Pros: The front staff person was horrible. She was completely rude and uncaring. I had booked my reservation thru kayak and went to pick up the car at the rental place. When I got there, the lady at the front desk told me that I can’t rent a car without a credit card. I just had a debit card. This was a
Cons: New policy as of March 31st. There was no mention of it when I had made the reservation. She showed no empathy for my dilemma. It was a horrible experience. I went to enterprise instead and got a rental from them later that day. Will definitely never rent from Budget at Decatur airport.
Cons: We had to cancel the reservation because they didn’t have any card available even though we made a reservation.
Pros: I liked the type of car I got. Nissan Juke
Cons: I didn't like that I had to pay a fee for the tolls and then the toll itself.
