Cons:Car wasn’t very clean. Pick up and drop off process took forever. Pick up too about 20-30 minutes, drop off was about 15. Every other time I’ve rented a car it’s been 5 minutes at the most.Reviewed Jul 29 2019

No cars availablePros:NothingCons:I was supposed to pick up the car by 6pm due to the location closing at 6pm. I called Budget customer service around 4pm to confirm reservation however when I went to pick up the car around 5 pm they told they wouldn t have any cars available until 9 am the next day! I asked them to check with another Budget location nearby but they said they was nothing they could do and that I could address a complaint by calling customer service! I was unable to get another car rental at the last minute and missed an important meeting. This is simply unacceptable.Reviewed Jan 20 2018
