Pick up drop off was easy enough, but car wasn't as big as the one they advertised, and wasn't real clean. Had damage to it, took pictures and went back in to show at the service desk to have it noted on agreement and he didn't want to, said the pictures were all I needed.Reviewed Aug 25 2025

The staff member I checked out with was very helpful. I dropped off the vehicle prior to opening so am unable to specify service but the process was simple. The car was clean although the tires were worn but safe. I was provided an upgrade for that car and was happy with it.Reviewed Jun 23 2025
