Cons:Kayak has earned my business for many years by making sure the quoted price wa accurate and incl all costs. I was quoted $367 for my car, received a Priceline confirmation at that price, but my rental agreement upon picking up the car was $441. After spending hours calling and getting the runaround on auto attendants and live support people who always blamed me or one of the other two parties (kayak, Priceline, Budget) I have no choice but to dispute the charges and never use Kayak or any other pricing engine. I’ll pay more to go direct.Reviewed May 8 2021
