The telephone tree for both kayak/Hotwire and Budget were impossible. I needed to update my arrival time to five hours later and needed to know if the counter was open at midnight. You both could do a better job of giving customers an option to update arrival and to assure the customer that the counter would be open.Reviewed Aug 2 2022

I’m still dealing with them because they want to charge me $150 to add an extra day at the end because I didn’t want to travel through the 9 inches of snow in Nashville. They make it impossible to talk to the location where I rented from and everyone gave me the runaround. I made at least 10 calls that day and talk to just as many people who all said that it was someone else’s fault in the company and that they just worked there.I wish someone would get back to me on this and help me figure this out.
