I didn’t rent a car in Melbourne, I rented a car in Port Canaveral only to find out they had no vehicles upon my arrival, and said I had to pick up my car in Melbourne. 45 minutes away….. without a car??Reviewed May 4 2023

They didn't have the van i reserved when i went to pick up. So 7 people with 3 suitcases had to squeeze in to a Arcadia. 2 suitcases had to go on laps. The wait time for pickup was ridiculously long. The lady who checked me in told me I didn't have to get gas when returning, that they'd charge me the same rate the gas was at the gas pump. When i returned it, they estimated my gas usage and charged me 9.90 a gallon!Reviewed Apr 25 2023

There was a long line at check in and it took a while to get my car. The two people behind the counter were nice and working hard but they only had one printer to print out all the forms.Reviewed Mar 10 2023
