Fantastic! Especially the gentleman who worked at the Budge counter in the Milwaukee airport. I don’t recall his name but he was such a pleasure to work with - so kind and professional. Anyway, I wanted to give him some kudos…just wish I could recall his name. Perhaps Budget can look up my rental in the system and determine who that agent was - and give him a raise. Car was filthy, inside and out. Rear tire was low on air and various service alerts sounded daily. The car rental company hasn't cleared any of the previous alerts. There have been numerous tire pressure warnings dating back to may 2022.Reviewed Oct 4 2022

We picked up a car but it had been returned just 2 hours before. The car had not been cleaned, had white residue throughout the inside & had not been vacuumed. The car also had very squeaky breaks when backing up...and one of the tires kept losing air pressure. In the week I had it, I needed to fill the tire twice.Reviewed Aug 1 2022

Lines were long upon arrival at the counter. It was not clear that there was a "members" line and an everyone else line. It happened to another customer that they waited in the wrong line and had to wait longer because of it. Avis and Budget are run out of the same counter.Reviewed Jul 9 2022
